Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area/beach towels good. Definitely not five star.Food and drink extremely overpriced and poor quality.30 Euros for buffet at lunchtime! No waiter service at pool.Too far away from local facilities - taxi always necessary.Pool area not hosed each morning.Room cleanliness not high standard (very dusty in places such as behind TV and skirting board - not what you would expect in 5*) Overall very disappointing. |

Nice balcony, good room size and large bathroom. quality of F/B, no wireless in room, no food menu for pool bar, hotel needs general clean up and upgrade. Small safe.Hotel does not offer personal service; clearly a tour operator hotel, not catered to the FIT guest. |

It was fairly good located. The standard of the rooms was excellent. There was a few misunderstandings when we got to the reception desk during check in. Everything was correctly booked but the staff did not realise that. It took quite some time to check in do to this misunderstanding. |

Its hard to say, you expect most things at a five star hotel It needs a little bit of a paint here and there. the canopy s, round the pavillion restruant,are way by their best by sell date, you very rarely get a second chance to make a first impression |

the view was spectacular, waking up in the morning looking at the meditteranean. Location perfect, just 10 -15 mins walk from main area of Benelmadena. Maid (cleaner) was good and changed sheets on a bi-daily routine. Reception staff Surley and in General not very helpful. pool bar not open at all during the whole week. towel service around pool very poor. reception tried to overcharge by a massive 270 euro's under the vague listing on the bill as "various" on investigation it turned out they wanted to charge 180 euros for the hotel safe as the one in the room didnt function. and 90 euros for towels (not) |
