Das Hotel liegt sehr strandnah. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sogar Crepes, Omelette und frische Eier gab es. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr 'party-lastig'. Daher ist es auch in den Zimmern verhältnismäßig laut. Die isolierung war nicht gut, sodass wir z.T. mit Oropax schliefen. Der Ort Adeje ist sehr touristisch.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und waren danach auch sauber. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet (keine Klimaanlage). Man schläft ja auch nur darin. Balkon war recht groß mit Wäscheleinen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und top an Auswahl, immer gut. Animation war gut aber kein muß zum mitmachen.

Did not like the all inclusive part ,we were only half board which suited us ,but you was not allowed to pay cash for anything it was all put on your room and you paid at the end,so you could get a shock,like it when it was pay as you spent

The reception staff are ok when you check in but come your last day faces are like thunder , your holiday over so move out or get out thats there attitude that thay give very rude,bedrooms are 20 years over due a update,

I have stayed here many times, and I would have stayed more often had the hotel not been (deservedly) full. I enjoy the dancing and the food. The staff in the restaurant is particularly friendly and helpful. This is good to know when coming down to breakfast or dinner when the hotel is full.

Paying by cash should be an option. Cost of drinks expensive compared to local bars. Not enough electrical sockets in room.

As we asked in special request during booking, we've got a quiet, clean and comfortable side sea view room with balcony; bathroom was equipped with all necessary facilities. Food was variety and quality at the breakfast and dinner as well. We would like to note especially about free of charge hotel parking for our car. Staff was so friendly and always ready to help.

Hotel placed on Torviscas Playa, that look like big fair, due to a lot of a little stores and restaurants expanded along coast line pedestrian way.

The staff were fantastic - so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was busy but never seemed cramped. Although the rooms could do with a bit of TLC, they were spotless and cleaned everyday.

The area surrounding the hotel is really run down - lots of restaurants and shops closed down, which doesn't look great. Appreciate that's not the hotels fault but means you have to walk a bit further to get somewhere nice.

I have stayed three times in recent weeks, leaving only because the hotel is understandably often fully booked. The staff is extremely friendly, but also efficient and helpful. The food is of high quality and the setting of the hotel overlooking the ocean is hard to beat. The dancing is an especial pleasure for me, and judging by the dancing in recent weeks for many others as well.

When so much is of the highest quality it would be churlish to offer any criticisn. Indeed I don´t have any criticisms. Occasionally one needs a little patience with the lifts when everyone is trying to get to breakfast or dinner at the same time.
