Not very impressed with this hotel . We stayed there to reduce our drive time to the airport the next morning and for that it was ok . Room was clean but can't say much for the service . Asked for additional pillows and had to wait at the desk for 20 minutes and only got one small one . Little to no english spoken by the staff so difficult to work with.

Calidad-precio es buena No me ha gustado el ruido que había en las habitaciones. Se oía todo lo de la calle y además, el domingo a la mañana sobre las 9-10 el personal de limpieza hablaba en un tono bastante alto por los pasillos cuando hay gente que puede estar durmiendo ya que la hora de salida son las 12.

chambre propre , accueil excellent , mais un peu loin du centre de Madrid , par contre la gare RER et a 15 minutes a pied , bon plan. l'on est juste la pour dormir , donc pas de soucis de bruit alentour n'y des chambres voisines.

Nous devions être proche du Gran Casino Madrid car mon compagnion y avait un tournoi de poker, la proximité était quasi parfaite tout comme la proximité avec le centre commercial. La chambre vraiment très propre! Le parking gratuit très pratique ! L'accueil en français nous a séduit ! 25min en voiture de Madrid mais très facile d'accès ! Nous étions dans la chambre 216, une couche de peinture ne serait pas du luxe (surtout que j'ai eu l'occasion de voir la chambre 6 et là, pas de traces sur les murs). Nous entendions très fort les voisins de chambre discuter la nuit ainsi que le trafic sur l'autoroute. Un seul jeu d'essuis dans la salle de bain (un grand et un petit), un peu juste pour 2 personnes et pas de carpettes de bain. Pas d'équipements et le stricte minimum en bain douche mais c'est normal.

Hotel limpio y digno para dormir y asearse. Silencioso pese a estar cerca de la autopista. La ubicación no es perfecta pero tampoco está mal, en coche se llega sin dificultad. No me gusta que no haya wifi gratuita en las habitaciones (si la hay de pago).

le personnel vraiment sympa surtout avec des enfants et le prix très attrayant le petit déjeuner super et a prix mini une carte de resto simple mais fermer de weekend par contre petit resto sympa dans l ambiance de Madrid a proximité en 2 mots géniale avec des enfants simple avant tout sans chichi et personnel compréhensif ... couple avec 3 enfants alors ce que je n ai pas aimer c était simplement le nombre de cheveux et poil trouvé dans la chambre et sdb ..beurk

Tiene un diseño bonito en el interior. Cosas que no me han gustado: la cama se hundía, el colchón estaba para cambiarlo ya; en la pared que separaba el baño de la habitación, había un desconchón muy grande (casi agujero) por la parte de la habitación (la nº 116); el desayuno buffet... escaso y de poca variedad y calidad (encontré moho en una tostada). No me gusta que tenga zonas enmoquetadas, ni que a la televisión le falten un montón de canales (ninguno de los nuevos que vienen con la tdt). Ah, y el ascensor estuvo unas horas estropeado.
