Staff very friendly & helpful location not easy to find & lack of directions from motorway . Did have a restaurant , but food not of particuarly good standard. Location was in a bit of a waste land , rooms not welcoming & too minimalistic - no shampoo/shower gels, towels very small & thin .No kettle in room which woudl be standard in o ther travel lodges branded hotels |

nos pusieron cama de matrimonio, tal y como habiamos pedido. El aparcamiento es gratuito y, si no hay libre en el hotel, hay muuuucho justo al lado. Las rozas es un lugar muy bonito con el heron city y las rozas village, además del karting de carlos sainz o la ciudad del futbol. Yo repetiré sin duda (a no ser que no lleve coche, entonces buscaría algo más cercano a Madrid) Que (exceptuando un par de cafeterias y un supercor muy cercanos) hay que coger el coche para todo todo (para nosotros no fue un problema porque pensabamos hacerlo) y es que no hay un transporte hacia madrid que sea fácilmente accesible (hay una estación de trenes pero no sé como se llega ya que no está cerca y no hay transporte que te lleve alli). |

Facilidad de uso, estacionamiento y amplitud de la habitación En la habitación habían muchos mosquitos (tanto mosquitos matados por clientes anteriores enganchados en las paredes como mosquitos revoloteando) y la limpieza bajo las camas y tras las puertas |
