The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a good location in the old town of Palma. It was also very well maintained throughout, a lovely base for our city break

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Palma. Delightful staff and a clean and quiet bedroom. This hotel only suits someone with no hire car as there is no parking nearby! The dining room is not inviting and resembles a works canteen. This was disappointing, and subsequently we always ate out.

The staff was extremely helpful. The location was close to the port which was very convenient. Room was well designed and quiet. Although hardly a complaint, the shower door was not well sealed which led to an occasional puddle on the floor.

We chose Hotel Tres on the strength of it's reviews and we certainly were not dissapointed. We arrived at 11am for a 3pm check-in expecting to leave our luggage but this was no problem to the cheery staff who greeted us and we were given access to our room straight away. The level of staff care continued throughout our stay and made for a brilliant stay. In terms of location this is absolutely great whether you're looking for restaurants (loads on your doorstep), cathedral / seafront or shopping. The hotel rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the roof terrace was great. 100% recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again. The glass frame round the bath wasn't very good at keeping the water from the shower in so there was inevitably a puddle leaking out from the soaked bathmat when you got out which was quite slippy on the smooth floor. As we were only there a couple of nights we didn't mention it to the staff and just mopped it up with a spare towel so can't really complain about that!

Excellent service. Good food (breakfast/lunch, did not try dinner). They even have a library in case you want to chill out with a book or magazine in really comfortable chairs.

No hook to hang towel outside shower. Lift does not work without use of key card. Very expensive for a mediocre room and facilities.

Inredningen i vårt rum läget personalen rent och fräscht tyvärr var det ju för kallt för solterrassen men vi gjorde ett försök egen badrock frukosten fotot ovanför vår säng blomkålssoppan !!!

Läget, byggnaden, takterrassen, den trevliga personalen, de sköna sängarna, at hotellet var lagom stort. Badrummet hade ont om handdukshängare, dessutom borde det ha funnits handdukstorkare. Det saknades även makeupspegel.
