Hotel 3 Arcs  

Really very nice people. Always they can they help you in any question related or not related with the hotel.

Besalú. The location - it's located in the centre of Besalu, the girl in the reception and the cat near 3 arcs (it actually has 3 arcs, that explains the name of this hotel)

Breakfast (desayuno) was horrible. I don't know who wrote in the comments that the breakfasts are good there- it's poor and bad. Orange juice from the unknown chemicals, ham and sousages weren't fresh at all and some bad instant coffee :((((( we had to go to the nearby cafe to have smth! Was upsetting! Ahh, and the room is ok but very small!

Besalu

The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice where to each authentic Catalan food.

The hotel is completely soul-less. Not a picture on the wall or any colour what so ever in the room. I felt I was in a box. Breakfast was very average.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast spread. Quiet room at the back - I didn't know that I was in the middle of the town. Close to the sea, the mountains, great food in the local restaurants, walking trail, medieval atmosphere, artist's colony with interesting shops. Great guided tours in catalan and castellano.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of the medieval village. Nice room, good firm beds, excellent shower. Enjoyed breakfast in the hotel cafe, with the regulars from the village.

No coffee and tea facilities in the room. Sour milk for cereal. Decor in rooms terrible.

Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs - why do they not give you decent freshly made coffee, as other customers in the cafe, but something old from a pot.

the girl at reception is very welcoming and willing to help. the room is clear and beds are comfortable. and you can taste the traditional breakfast there.

The room walls are very thin. You can hear everything, even someone snoring lightly

A beautiful location. Surrounded by historic town, good restaurants and bars. Excellent staff, fluent english.

No air conditioning.

Well situated in the centre of the town, just a few steps from good restaurants and bars but still peaceful at night. Plenty of free parking nearby. Very welcoming.

For a hotel in the heart of the town, this was ideal. The centre of Besalu is almost untouched with interesting galleries, shops and restaurants throughout. Very pleasant, English-speaking service with decent breakfast in the price of the room.

In summer, lack of air conditioning may be a problem for some guests. Some noise as a result of leaving windows open.

Simple, newly renovated hotel (they opened up in mid June 2012). Very nice staff. Rooms not huge, but fine. Quiet, clean, comfortable, tasteful and excellent value. Besalu is an amazing village and we very much enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is very well located in the old city. The Stuff is very good.

El hotel está muy bien, es pequeño pero muy cómodo y está ubicado en el centro del pueblo. El personal es muy amable.

Se trata de un hotel muy modesto, y eso que ha sido reformado recientemente. Creo que el precio es excesivo por lo que ofrece el Hotel.

El desayuno fue variado y bueno. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cuidadas.

Lo unico quizas hubiera sido que la habitacion tuviera balcon.

creo que para ser un tres estrellas le faltan servicios,no hay personal por la noche,no hay parquin,no hay servicio de comedor,no hay un salon donde poder relajarte por la tarde o noche tomandote halgo es un hotel para dormir y nada mas

Enkelt, men modernt och jättefräscht. Bra frukost i ett café som hör ihop med hotellet. Jättebra läge i Besalu.
