The stay was in one of the self contained apartments, across the road from the hotel which was very secure, had good air conditioning, well equipped, high standard of cleanliness, privacy and good location. El Corte Ingles shopping nearby, taxi rank and bus services. As the steps up to the hotel are very wide part of these could be altered to make a ramp to allow for easier access with a suitcase

The hotel is reasonably priced and is only a few minutes walk from Vigo, rooms are large and kept clean, ideal for a cheap stay if there on business. Free wifi is great and staff are always very helpful. Breakfast is only average, the scrambled egg was cold and i think it was €8 euro more for booking room with breakfast included. Only one English speaking channel on the tv.

We requested 3 single beds, and the request was honored. The beds were extremely comfortable! The hotel was also in a good location for visiting Vigo, Spain. Also, it was extremely convenient for us that the staff kept our suticases for us while we traveled with small suitcases on Ryanair to Barcelona for three days. We returned to spend our final night at the hotel before going back to the US. The hotel is clean and the rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable and quiet.

Stayed in appartment. Room clean, sheets and towels changed daily. Wifi did not work at first but swiftly corrected. Extra crockery provided when requested. Air conditioning unit in room. Secure and well lit entrance to appartments which are accross road from Hotel. Ideal for shopping, few minutes walk to El Corte Ingles Shopping store and taxis nearby. Even hairdryer was quickly fixed after it stopped working. Quiet location. good internet cafe on site. Need to be aware of steps up to hotel with suitcases. Could ramp be built to allow easier access as stairs up are wide enough to accomodate this.

Location, normal a really good hotel but the apartment is from a total different quality. After several complains the offered me a discount. Room not really clean, too hot, aircondition not working, no working internet, cups / plates etc. to less.

Es un hotel muy centrico, la habitacion doble era muy espaciosa y limpia, me gusto mucho. Y el desayuno que iba incluido muy bueno tambien. Sin duda repetiria para visitar vigo.tiene parking de pago El parking podria ser gratis. Por lo demas todo bien

La habitacion estaba limpia y las camas son muy comodas. Hay aire acondicionado. El parking del hotel es de risa, no tiene accensor que te lleve al hotel, el hotel despues de subir la cuesta del parking con las maletas hay que subir unas cuantas escaleras. La puerta del parking te las tienen que abrir desde recepcion y los sitios son pequeños no, lo siguiente, imposible meter un coche que tenga un poco de culo.

La ubicación céntrica y las camareras de la cafetería, muy amables y con ganas de currar. El acceso , la escalinata de entrada es lamentable para acceder con silla de bebe, y ni q decir xa alguien minusvalido. La habitación la venden como triple y es una doble con supletoria, estrecha y pequeña. Ruidos de la calle sobre todo los sábados con orquesta de borrachos en La madrugada ..

Su céntrica ubicación es ideal para alojarse en la ciudad de Vigo, especialmente si no se lleva coche, ya que hay una parada de taxis practicamente al lado ( junto al Corte Inglés ), por la avenida paralela a la calle del hotel ( Grán Vía ) pasan autobuses urbanos, y la estación de trenes queda muy cerca. El hotel es acogedor, la habitación es confortable y espaciosa, hay todo un surtido de consumibles de baño y la limpieza es absolutamente impecable. El buffet del desayuno es bueno y abundante. El trato con el personal es agradable, gracias a su amabilidad y eficiencia. En mi opinión personal, resulta un Hotel muy recomendable para quienes viajen a Vigo y simplemente necesiten de un hotel donde alojarse y desayunar, sin necesidad de más servicios ni lujos complementarios.

Fomos bem acolhidos, bem tratados, não tendo nada a apontar à minha hospedagem.. Porém continuo a lamentar o facto de, neste hotel, não tentarem aprender falar português! Em Portugal falamos todas, ou quase todas as línguas, para acolher quem nos visita... Fica aqui a deixa... :)
