I was surprised at how little english anyone at the hotel spoke. Also, the only beds were twin beds. They were very narrow, extremely hard, and we had to go looking for blankets and pillows. The shower in our room was only a hand held which made taking a standup shower extremely difficult. Also, the curtain did not surround the tub properly and therefore caused the bathroom floor to get soaked.

Central location. 1 minute walk to main strip. Good breakfast spread. Although they smelt clean there were Too many hairs on bed linen...need to clean their washing machine filters

The room was excellent with all bathroom amenities. Location was very good and staff was friendly. Breakfast was incredible: cold cuts, lots of type of bread, croissants, marmalades, hot and cold drinks, cake slices, well in a word everything and much more!!!

Location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, comfortable ambience and hotel with lots of character, was great value. Better instructions of what to do with car upon arrival would have been apreciated, some fittings beginning to show signs of age, 4 star?, cot should be updated and high chair at breakfast would have been useful..

El trato de los recepcionistas del hotel. Habitaciones pequeñas. Wc pegado a la bañera, sin poder sentarse en él (literalmente). Mampara pequeña que imposibilitaba la ducha sin inundar el baño entero. Tampoco se podía tomar un baño porque la bañera no tenía tapón. Servicio de limpieza extremadamente ruidoso, despertando cada mañana a las 9:00h con o sin cartel de "no molestar".

Realmente nada... El hotel es muy antiguo, para nada 4 estrellas (de hecho en el logo aparecen sólo 3...). La habitación huele bastante a tabaco, aunque intenten cubrirlo con ambientadores y perfumes varios. El baño super antiguo, pelos por el suelo, por suerte sólo nos quedamos una noche porque no tuvimos el valor de ducharnos!!!! Sábanas limpias, pero la colcha daba cosita... Tele del siglo 19, mitad de las lámparas no funcionaban. Cobran el parking (por suerte nosotros pudimos aparcar en la calle) creo que unos 12 euros y el desayuno 10 (no tomamos).

La ubicacion, está en el centro, el servicio muy bueno, exquisito desayuno bufet, limpieza habitaciones adecuada. No me ha gustado que no tiene aparcamiento para coches grandes, pues es del tipo de ascensor y no cogen , hay que dejarlo en la calle y hay muy pocos aparcamientos, mejor dejarlo en las afueras y irse en taxi al hotel.

Busco hoteles que tengan parking. En este consta que sí hay. Es un parking que tiene una plataforma para meter los coches. Solo caben coches pqqueños, tipo a3. El renault Megane cabrio no cabe.....

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación es interior, lo único que no me gustó. El mobiliario y el baño son muy sencillos, no corresponden a un 4 estrellas, pero la ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy agradable y el desayuno muy variado. Si vuelvo a Granada, volveré a alojarme allí.

Su ubicación y su relación calidad-precio El servicio de limpieza fue bastante indiscreto. A la hora de limpiar las habitaciones estuvieron hablando a grito pelao sin tener en cuenta que algunos clientes estabamos descansando pues habían llamado a la puerta dos veces y les habíamos dicho que estábamos durmiendo y, aun así, continuaron chillando durante toda la limpieza.
