Easy to find. The room was dirty. There were lots of ants and bath room was dumped smell. La haitacion era susia. muchos hormigos y el bano huele mal.

Easy access to the motorways for exploring the local area. Free easy parking. Wifi access much better than most other Spanish hotels. A very friendly waitress in the cafeteria. We did actually feel like we were staying in motorway services. The hotel is a little worn out and not really 4 star, although I can't complain too much because it was very cheap. The bathrooms in our two rooms both had really bad drain smells.

We just stopped for the one night driving back from the south of Spain up to Madrid. Staff were friendly and most spoke good English. The room was a genuinely nice place to be and the food was nice with a fair selection of options. Just off the motorway and easy to find, but far enough away that you don't have to listen to trucks all night. I would stay there again without a second thought. On street parking only, but to be fair the road is pretty much just for the hotels use.

The hotel is very nice and quite , rooms are comfortable, and clean. The room's refrirgerator did not work, the towels were very old and worne out, and they will not supply shampoo and soap daily, also some of the stuff dose not speak english. The resturant and cafe were not clean, cats on the tables sometimes, and the food was bad!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel pool was lovely and very clean, but the loud music from 4pm was very off putting. The food was average and the choice was limited.

The hotel is nice looking and with a nice ambient. The rooms are quite large and the bathrooms are equipped with a very comfortable bathtub. Nice and comfortable beds, a very fast wifi internet connection is provided for free. I had business outside Jaen town, so the allocation was fine, but for them who would like to stay in the Jaen town- this hotel is too remote. The hotel is situated well outside the Jaen town in a modern industrial area.

The Hotel is very good about cleaning and the price is very convenient. The room is large and very silent although is very close the motorway. It's very very hard to find it! The brand is clear but isn't not clear to way to reach the hotel, specifically if the origin of trip is the center of city.

Lo mejor, es que esta muy bien situado, acceso por autovia en las cuatro direcciones. En su conjunto el hotel esta bien. El buffet de desayuno es algo corto y de no escesiva calidad si lo comparamos con otros hoteles, aunque hay de casi todo. Las habitaciones necesitan reparaciones, espejos rotos, lamparas que se descuelgan, la nevera que habia en la habitacion no funcionaba y solo habian tres bebidas (calientes). Moquetas de pasillos sucias. Que necesita un repaso, pero es todavia habitable.

Nada y si hubiera que destacar algo, sólo el tamaño de la habitación La habitación huele a viejo, es un hotel de la serie "Cuéntame". El mobiliario es anticuado, la televisión es de las antiguas y mal sintonizadas (no tienen señal).En la nevera medio vacia sólo habia una botella de agua y un refresco. El desayuno es penoso, muy poca variedad. Y si se quieren reir, vayan al gimnasio, enorme pero las máquinas son del siglo pasado, viejas, ruidosas, aparatosas. No entiendo como le pueden dar 4 estrellas, por favor, que lo rebajen a dos y se podría aceptar

Muy corto para ser un 4 estrellas. Muebles antiguos, la tele pequeña y no es de plasma. Camas independientes con colchones de muelles antiguos. La calefacción hace ruido. El baño amplio pero en la bañera hay una cortina que se queda corta y hay que tener cuidado para que no se llene todo de agua.

Por lo menos el aparcamiento era gratuito. Para empezar el mando de la televisión estaba roto, no hay alfombras, se escucha el ruido de los coches al pasar. Para ir al baño turco, sauna y jacuzzi hay que pagar suplemento pero para colmo estaba averiado y no se nos avisó.
