Staff were very nice & helpful. Location was very good as it was easy to get to from airport & easy to get into the old town. Great value for money, clean & comfortable.

The air conditioning/heat was very strange. At night it felt suffocating. It would definitely need to be looked at because it was hard to get a decent nights sleep with it

We thought the staff at the hotel were excellent and always friendly and helpful - the small restaurant was also excellent and handy if you didn't want to venture out in the evening.

Conveniently located in the heart of Mallorca, walking distance to several restaurants as well as a castle.

This hotel was at least a 25 minute walk to the shopping district, and a 20 euro cab ride to the beaches. The Hotel also charged 9 euro for 2 persons to swim in their pool, with another 22 euro in deposits on top of that.

Clean comfortable Hotel within walking distance of Palma Centre ,Sea Front and 15 mins from Bellver Castle. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good quality and excellent value.

Everything was fine. Really nice staff, always available. Allowed us to check in late at night. We didn't try the breakfast (5,20 € per person) so I don't know about that. Good indoor swimming pool, with sauna and a great Jacuzzi (all three open all year around). The room was nice, clean and spacious and the wifi-internet incredibly fast. In general, we stayed only 3 days so, hard to judge.

The view from the top floor was wonderful, we were able to see the church and ocean. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to the main strip and resturants.

Wi Fi connections were not good

Cleanning of the room, hotel service, free wifi, near the bus station, and the location is not far from the port(10 mins walking), from the center, (20 mins walking), from cala myor (less than 20 mins by bus)

Service in the reception was very slow

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the room was really big.

It was a little far from the centre but buses were frequent and cheap.

We loved the friendly reception and assistace with our luggage although we arrived to early for book in. The staff were ready to assist us with bus schedules and suggestions on how to get around easily. We never felt in the way or that we were taking up their valued time. Breakfast daily was such a pleasure. We loved our short stay and would definitley recommend you to our friends.

The only complaint we had was that we had to pay 1 Euro for two glasses of ice. Wherever we have been on trips ice has always been free. Coffee first thing in the morning would be great - why not consider a kettle with cups and stock of coffe and tea in rooms.

Staff. Really nice and friendly - but definitely overworked -. We first got a room without a balcony on the 1st floor, but then I asked for a room with a balcony. As we arrived quite late the receptionist said that they can only arrange the room change next morning as they have a full house for that night. Next morning I went there again and I immediately got the requested nice room with a balcony on the 6th floor. The rooms - especially the ones without the balconies - are bigger than in other hotels, they are also nicely furnished clean and cozy, the A/C was working very well. We had a bit of a problem with the WIFI and the receptionists could not help us to sort it out, but finally we managed to do it by ourselves. The location. For us it was perfect as we were out of the city center, which meant a quiet and nice stay, but it was also easy to reach it either by walk or by bus. However, for those who would like to be in the city center this hotel might not be the best option as you have to take a bus or a taxi to get into the city center. Overall I think it is a nice hotel to stay either for a short or for a longer break. We had a great time here and would definitely come back again.

The only negative that I would mention is that as the receptionists are overworked and always busy, you definitely need patience for the check- in procedure.

I stay there for 3 nights, the room is large and bright enough that I can enjoy the sunlight till 9 pm. Few mins walk to the castle and a bus station located right there on the street conner. Quite and peaceful in the evening.

A little bit far from city center, but u can buy the t-10 bus ticket to solve this problem.

Excellent 3* hotel. Staff were very very helpful and their English was great, always happy to help and had the information we needed when ever asked. Rooms were a good 3*, perfect for what we needed when just staying in Palma to do a bit of sightseeing for a day or two. Nice pool to lounge by in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good, wide choice including cold meats and cheese, fruit, yoghurt, bread, hot breakfasts, cereals.... Lots of choice!!! Would definitely recommend it for those having a quick trip to Palma. Easy to catch a bus (two min walk around the corner) into Palma which only took about 5mins....could easily stroll in on a nice walk along the front next to the bay too.

Very run-down area if you turned right leaving the hotel.

Hotel staff were very helpful and a great welcome. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice and with all staff being very pleasant. Quite a mixed clientele, a lot of air berlin stuards. Quite area for good sleep and the room was clean and airy.

Sahme that the outdoor pool was not availble as they were renavating. The indoor pool needs brightening up.
