Very niche hotel

The design is good

This hotel very noisy, it likes some one live on street, because the sounds come from lobby could heard in rooms as well as I can heard what could happen in the room next to my room and stayer could heard the same things in my room. I booking with my friend two separate rooms, so he told me I heard what were you doing and your chatting at phone. The reason of these are the foundation of hotel established of audible partition, so this leads the sounds enter through rooms.

Very nice hotel, great staff who spoke pretty good English. Clean, pretty quiet and good price.

It wasn't a massive problem for us, but it is in a strange location, we struggled to find somewhere decent to eat nearby on the first night as it all looked a bit run down. It was only a 5 min walk to get to the metro or some decent decent restaurants around the Diagonal Mar shopping centre once you can find them.

Hotel is very clean and service is very good. I liked design of the room as well. Everyone is friendly and very keen to satisfy guest’s needs. I really enjoyed and thanks for that.

Location is not great. Not much to see or visit around it. However with taxi you can reach entertaining places like Ramblar or Porto Olimpico in 15 or 20 minutes with 12 to 15 Euros.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpfull . Little out of city but good acceded by public transport. Room service finish at 11pm but you can order pizza nd stuff as company has collaboration with tele pizza. But I will still prefer dominos. More choice for sure. Our stay was upgraded to junior suit as it was our 1st anniversary we also got surprise complimentary plater of snack nd juice. Great breakfast very fresh. Ilonda is super star. Well done reception team you all made it memorable. We will difenitely return back even though it's bit far from city. Very impressive, well looked after. Suggestion if there is a music system or radio would have been great, for sure power points required more to put tea pot have to turn tv and make different space

Design of the hotel and a good breakfast.

The staff was pretty uninterested and the location is rather out of hand.

The room was beautiful. Location seems remote but when you go in the right direction it's a straight road to Ave. Diagonal, the Diagonal Mar shopping centre and Mar Bella beach. Plenty of nearby transport to get you wherever you want to go. All the staff I encountered spoke good English and were incredibly polite and helpful.

It seemed to be located in an industrial estate.

The hotel was clean and the reception staff friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent for what we required, near to the beach, close to the shopping centre and metro. But most importantly sufficiently away from the noise and rif raf,

The hotel had an excellent swimming pool on the roof with views over the city. If the pool was busy it was only 15 mins to the beach so we had the best of both options.

Everything looked good and was very clean. The bed was excellent, but I like firm mattresses. It had all the services a four star hotel should have. The staff were very helpful. The location was quiet at night.

It took a long time for hot water for the shower first thing in the morning. It was very frustrating. The T.V switched itself on in the middle of the night. We ended up pulling the plug from the wall because we couldn't turn it off.

The comfort and style of the room, beds were very comfortable and all staff particularly restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Good gym sauna facilities and great pool deck.

The hotel fee must include for wifi Internet and there could be a small business centre. There were no places to sit and Con-work with a plugpoint -cha.
