Very quiet, but close to facilities. Train, Shopping centre, etc. Staff at reception were particularly helpful.
Nothing to dislike.
This hotel is in a great location. We had a look around the attached shopping centre and found a lovely Italian restaurant opposite La Tagliatelle.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel
close to all transportation, shopping and sightseeing
Breakfast was excellent. Lots of fresh fruit, presented very beautifully, variety of cheese and cold cuts and hot food. The room was clean although we had to ask for soap to use in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There's a working thermostat in the room so we can adjust the temperature to what's comfortable for us.
Thought the hotel was very close to the train station but it's a bit of a walk - about 10 minutes. The old town is in walkable distance.
Clean, tidy and central
We had to leave early on a tour bus but breakfast, which was included in the tariff was available early in the morning. However, an insipid cup of tea was.
Liked the beds, the tidyness of the bathroom and the seat with little table. Didn't use much more that the hotel offered, but in general this hotel was good for the nights stay.
The internet speeds were horrible. When complaining at the desk, I recieved a free premium internet code which gave me much more internet speed. You can hear other guests rolling their suitcases, taking a shower, their phones ringing. You can't hear them talk fortunately. The elevators get very warm as the staircase behind the elevator has a sloped glass roof - on which the sun is burning half the day long.
all of them except WIFI
I could not use WIFI in my room. So I always went go down reception.
The sheets weren't cleaned or washed during our stay, the beds were made correctly, you guys could use softener when cleaning towels. it was the only con during our stay...
It was good location from center of city. Just 2stops by bus. The bus fee is 1.30euro. Near the autovia.
The shower horse was broken but they couldn't change the room. Instead of that, we recived another riom key for shower. It's very unpleasent to me.
- Staff, they had alot of information about the good places and tourist attraction.
Lack of vegan options like soy milk
Large and comfortable room. Quiet. Clean. Decent buffet breakfast.
Small foyer - rather basic - couldn't easily meet with colleagues to discuss work (unlike some other Malaga hotels).
quiet neighbourhood, closeness to bus and rail stations
no stair access to upper floors - sometimes long wait for elivator. Distance from main centre and food outlets. Unable to connect to internet.
Eveything ,great location for shopping, restaurants, sights, close to all transportation, friendly staff.Spotlessly clean, great breakfasts I would stay in this hotel again and would highly recommend it.
I can"t find anything bad to say about this hotel,WiFi needs to be better, signal showed fair only, but works ok.
Close to the staion trains.breakfast, staff..
they don't renew things in bath room like tooth brush..ect.. The lamps in the WC in the first floor...
Very close and within walking distance of the bus station. Had a fridge in the room. Large supermarket Eroski virtually next door.
Bit of a long walk to central Malaga. About 20 mins. Bit scruffy around the hotel.
A pleasant and convenient hotel
It was only a lovely 15mintue walk to the port/ beach area.
The rooms are a little basic but to be honest it didn't matter as we were very rarely there!
The hotel is old, but everything is very good and clean.
It was near enough to walk to the bus and train stations with cases. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. You could leave cases safely if you had a later flight. It was very clean and there were extras in the room/ bathroom eg toothbrush, razor etc.... A very nice touch. The breakfast was superb and very good value. It was very well insulated and quiet at night even though on a main road. A safe in the room.
No hot drink facility except a coffee machine on one of the floors. Mini bar contents were all extra. Quite a long way from the main old town and sightseeing places for non walkers.
Great location in the centre, next to shopping centre and bus and train station was a 5 minute walk.
AC didn't seem to function properly, it was really warm in the night. No slippers in the room as advertised.
The location suited us very well as we used Malaga as a base to travel to Granada.
Some of the staff seemed a bit remote.
Chosen for its proximity to the bus station for an overnight prior to early flight out. That was good. Beds very comfortable.
No facilities for tea/coffee in room. Breakfast did not start early enough for us to be able to use it. WiFi frequently dropped out.
