Location close to town centre was very handy. Breakfast was to a suitable standard. For two people staying together we expected a queen bed rather than two singles pushed together.

Located about 10 minutes from city centre with large shops nearby ,river walks and restaurants. Easy walking to cathedral and centre of city. We booked in advance to visit the Alhambra with transport arranged, as it is quite a distance to walk there. There were all the luxuries of a 5* hotel, parking , bath robes and slippers, ironing board and iron, safe and very comfortable large bed. Although our room overlooked the road and wide pedestrian way in the front of the hotel it wasn't noisy. The restaurant was very good and provided a varied menu - we really enjoyed our stay here

The location and the breakfasts were very good indeed, with plenty of variety. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The garage was a bit small - low ceilings and narrow corners but negotiable, even in our large 4 x 4 car. A foot-bath pack was provided - very nice touch of luxury. The room was too hot! But it was very noisy (central location) if we opened the window. Also, the room - 'Premier Room' - was quite small. Bathroom very tired, bath especially. Luxury toiletries not renewed daily E.g foot-bath pack. No body lotion.

The hotel is traditional in design, with marble tiles in the bathrooms, woodwork and fittings reminiscent of the Alhambra. Maybe some people would find it a little dated, but it was well maintained and we liked it very much. We have stayed there before so knew what to expect. This time our (standard) room was more spacious. Ideal location, excellent car parking, polite and attentive staff. Since Granada is our favourite city, we will stay here again. Excellent car parking.

Helpful staff, good location, good breakfast. Good value for money There in not individual room air-condition, either cold or warm, depending on the season. As the hotel has switch to warm heating for the late autumn, our room temperature was uncomfortable hot and we had to keep our window open to get some fresh air. Otherwise it’s a comfortable hotel and I would strongly recommend to visitors to the city of Granada

Lovely entrance hall and dining terrace. Superb location close to a number of cafe bars where we had breakfast at a reasonable price (4 euros each) and within 15 mins walk of the Albaicin quarter. We walked to the Alhambra from the hotel and took a taxi back which cost less than 4 euros. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't eat in the hotel. Otherwise very good.

The hotel is located near the city center and nearby El Corte Inglés, a fact that made my wife very happy… We came by car and I was lucky to hire a relatively small car (vw Polo) since the entrance to the under ground parking (16 Euro per day) was fairly narrow, and driving and parking in it was a new experience for me. This is a 4 stars hotel, not too expensive, but apparently you get what you pay for. The hotel is a bit dated; the room is medium size, Andalusia style decorated and clean. There is free Wi-Fi, but you have to go down to the reception for the password. The staff in the reception was good and effective and most of them spoke English well. Breakfast was very reach with a lot of selections. There were though few down sides that made our stay a bit aggravating experience: The air-conditioner was not chilling enough and the air in the room was stuffy, trying to open the window imported an unbearable city noise into the room. The bed was too firm and the sleep quality was low. The water pressure in the shower was low. There was no kettle nor tea and coffee in the room. In general the hotel is not so bad, but we expected more from this fairly high ranked hotel and it was a bit below our expectations. The firm beds were of poor sleeping quality

The hotel had a very central location in Granada. Everything is on a walking distance, the city centre with it's restaurants, and even the Alhambra. Also very near is a bus stop for the lines 3 and 33 that go to the bus station, which is located over 3 kilometers from the city center, so it's very convenient if you are arriving to Granada by bus. The confirmation stated that free wireless Internet would be available on the entire hotel, however, it wasn't free. You could only access a half a dozen of websites for free (cnn, bbc, Weather Underground and some Spanish sites). For a complete Internet access there would've been a moderate fee.

Location is perfect. Beautiful linear pedestrian just infront of the hotel and some cafes where locals frequented too. Not too touristy. There is even a Supermarket the other side of the road where you can stock up some food at cheap price. Room is very comfortable and room service for cleaning is very efficient. Reception staffs are OK. A small gym and sauna is a good way to unwind. Not a 4 star establishment to the world hotel 'star' standard. But It is still a good 'star' for that price and comfort.

Loved the decoration of the hotel - the maure fresque on teh room wall was lovely. We also enjoyed going back to the 80's (the hotel decoration is totally from the decade) which gave us such a weird feeling (reminded us of our parents homes when we were younger!) the breakfast buffet was also generous and gave many options for those who do not eat pork (our case) Bed sheets were dirty!!! While undoing bed before sleeping, was horrified to see what seems to be a dried blood stain on the sheet! When asked the maid to change the sheets the next day on my way out, seems the language problem did not help as seems she did not understand. When back, realized the sheet was not changed. However, since the sheet tray of the maid was left ungarded in the corridor went there, picked a new sheet, and changed the bed myself!

Overlooking a tree lined walkway on a centre reservation, with large fountains at each end, one which leads to the Cathedral. Many shops, cafe's and restaurants. We had quiet rooms away from the street, very peaceful. The Cathedral is a 10 min walk. With the Albayzin area a 20 min walk. Super location, for a walk by the river and dining under lamp lit trees. Extensive buffet breakfast too ! Beds a little too firm for more than two nights stay for us. However, the great pillows made up for the that.

Very nice staff and breakfast. Fast order for a taxi Restaurant looked to be excellent. Garmin sat nav couldn't cope with all the narrow one way streets to get us to the hotel and had us going tound and round in circles. Fortunately we had a good map! This was not of course the fault of the hotel
