staff, closeness to metro, spacious rooms, clean
noisy club nearby until 6.30am! Breakfast a bit poor.
The Hotel is located approx. 150 meters from a Metro station, enabling easy access to the main tourist attractions. In addition, the hotel is "spotless" and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
the bar attached to the hotel was great and served good food. Rooms were a good size
the room on the 2nd floor was awful to sleep in (try to anyway) as there were 4 or 5 lanes of traffic outside that started around 5am and went on until fairly late. there were not tea and coffee making facilities in the room as advertised and there was not an iron and iron board in the room either. My room had an adjoining door and I could everything that went on in the room including the person having a shower!
Location Let us check in at 10.00 am!!! Polite Staff Comfy Beds
Nothing that we can fault
Room was big and bed and pillows very comfortable! Only problem was language, the staff didn't speak much English and we didn't speak any Spanish!! Somhow we managed.
Lack of English. This is our fault also, we should have learnt some Spanish
the room is clean and looks nice.
small room. very expensive. the staff guided us to the worng bus station to toledo and wasted our time.
Air conditioning not working propoerly, on a city with 35ªC......in-room temperature was terrible during afternoon when sunset hits the side of the building Poor breakfast The matress was covered with a plastic sheet that would make you sweat all night No laundry service with following excuse: 'it is holidays during August and our supplier is out, so we cannot offer laundry.....'. Amazing....
The bed pillows (too soft and high;it hurts my neck)
We asked for a cab and they called a non-official car to take us to the airport. We didn't like that as it's not the official fare even. He also wanted to charge us in cash when we asked for credit card.
Nice staff, good value for money.
The wi-fi was very slow, barely usable sometimes.
close to metro to the city center and main attractions
room is quite small, does not look as big as the pictures show. My room faces the other building and therefore I am not comfortable sliding up the window's curtain otherwise they might see through.
good location Friendly staff Nice room on 7th floor with nice view
not so clean floor in the room
Localization - close to metro station. Room was clean and there was enough space. Staff speaks english...
...but only receptionists. Wifi was poor quality on the 7th floor
Nice clean room. Very comfortable beds.
There is a club directly beneath the hotel which plays loud music until 5pm on a Saturday night. We had a room on the first floor and couldn't sleep on the Saturday night. Rooms higher up probably won't be so bad.
The hotel was cute and very central and also close to the metro line 7 Alonso Cano. I would stay here again.
Very thin window. Huge noise of the traffic.
The fact that it is very well located, not in the center, but with a perfect access to it. Wi fi free was a major advantage, Very clean and located in a very quiet and nice zone.
Breakfast was expensive, but just in the corner there is a nice cafe and restaurant.
Everything. Perfect under every single aspect. Nice staff, great position (10 minutes metro to Puerta del Sol), greatest bed ever tried, extremely clean, fresh, easy to reach, wi-fi was perfect. Absolutely one of the best hotel we've ever tried.
Staff during night-time doesn't speak English.
Helpful staff at reception desk, willing to give information and proposals for places to eat etc.
Wake up service did not work and they sent another customer to wake me up!
It was very handy for the metro and everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also good with great coffee.
