Tryp Bilbao Arenal Hotel  

Ideal location for a city break in Bilbao - directly at Casco Viejo, Metro Station, the City and a 10 Minute Walking Distance from Gugenheim Museum. Very helpful staff, amazing view from the hotel to the square in front of the Ariaga Theatre

Good central location and friendly, helpful staff.

The location and the great lady (Irene?) At the front desk who was ever so polite and helpful. The cleaning ladies and their great work and the size of the room (305) are really assets to the hotel.

I did not like the noise that occasionally came in from the road,but I guess this is normal in a downtown hotel in any city...

Really enjoyed the stay at the hotel, staff very helpful both in the hotel and the cafe bar where we had breakfast. Breakfast was a bit limited compared to other Spanish hotels we have stayed in but maybe the price reflected that. Ideally located for the trams,buses and especially the metro which we used on a number of days to get around and about.

The wonderful receptionist who greeted me on arrrival listened sympathetically to my story about my sick friend with no room booked and organised a room for him in nearby hotel. What a good feeling we got about Tryp Arenal Hotel and Bilbao. After that I was greeted with a smile every time I passed the desk. The evening receptionist was just as kind and helpful_ Checked me in on-line for my flight home.

Helpful staff and great location.

Very centrally located, the old town is right behind the hotel, the new town on the other side of the bridge, 200 m. from hotel. Guggenheim 25 minutes walking distances. However, there is a parking close to Guggenheim under a shopping mall. We were lucky to have a wonderful room with a view. Café Iruna is a must for tapas at 18h00. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Very difficult to park. When arriving at the street of the hotel, one finds the hotel on the left hand. Go immediately in the underground parking Arenal, even before passing the hotel, otherwise you will get lost in the one-way streets.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo, me parece buena calidad precio, el sitio fantastico para ver la ciudad caminando, (por cierto esta preciosa). una Madrileña

albergo in posizione strategica per la visita del centro storico e anche il museo Guggenheim può essere raggiunto comodamente a piedi. Le camere sono semplici, ma eleganti.

La colazione non è a buffet ed è un po' scarsa.

Difficoltà ad avvicinarsi all'hotel per il carico e scarico

Me gustó la habitación que nos asignaron, que nos recordaran como clientes anteriormente, y que nos dieran la misma habitación la segunda vez que fuimos, porque me encantó la vista.
