staff cleanliness comfort friendly
Clean, convenient for the city, easy parking, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Good basic accommodation for a city visit. Several good tapas bars within a short distance.
Double bed seemed narrow. Loud snoring next door.
thin walls, you can hear every sounds from other rooms, too noisy.
A convenient bus ride to Pamplona's town center and the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My husband and I were here for San Fermin and it could not have worked out better. The bus comes every 20 minutes and takes 5 minutes to get to the middle of the crazy town. IT runs 24 hours so you have total access to Pamplona without having to hear the party when you don't want to. They have a cute little bar/restaurant downstairs that was super convenient for a quick beer on your way in or out. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and worked great for us. Parking could not have been easier- they have a private garage across the street covered and locked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to enjoy pamplona but have a good night's sleep a quick 5 minutes away.
It met all of our needs, worked out perfect. It's not luxurious but you probably figured that out with the price. Good value.
If you are coming for San Fermin and want to not over pay for a hotel in Pamplona, the location of this hotel is good as it is a 30 minute walk and there are frequent busses steps away from the hotel.
This is the most basic hotel I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels. Other than a bed, small bathroom, tiny TV, lights, and shelf that is the desk, there was nothing more in my room. The room was also very noisy as people would come and go to/from San Fermin Festival and it was often very loud, and the space under the door allowed every noise to come right into the room. Upon checking in I was told they did not have a room (reserved through Booking.com) and they told me I'd have to get to their other hotel on my own, not provide any confirmation that I had a reservation there as they claimed and said was waiting for me, and was not going to compensate me for anything (not the cab fare just paid from bus station to the hotel, not 1st night's rate as every other hotel in the world has done in this situation, and not even the bus fare to the other hotel). I told the woman for 10 minutes it was not acceptable and after a few phone calls and another 10 minutes she checked me in. Very poor experience.
Fantastic and helpful staff. Perfect location for the San fermin festival.
Would be nice if the bar stayed open later
