Very high standard of cleaning, breakfast buffet and facilities. Close to train station. Swimming pool. Booring view of high way, car park and impediment. Uncomfortable way to walk from station/metro without pavement and felt a bit ansafe at night. It also takes a while to get to center of town by metro. Steap stairs at the entrance to reception and to the elevator! |

Hotel is very close to train station and metro. The breakfast is very good and good value for money. The hotel is very modern and clean and of very high standard, considering its just a 3 star. It also has all the facilities you need. The internet connection in the lobby was too restricted and we could not even back up the photos we took as it was not accepting our usb camera connection. |

Cercanía a la estación de Chamartín. Se corresponde a un hotel de 3 estrellas. Precio caro, no hay toalla grande en el baño, algunas baldosas del baño se movían y estaban rotas, se oye el ruido de la habitación de arriba y otros ruidos repetitivos y constantes (tal vez el ascensor...) |

Su ubicacion, su confort Recomiendo la instalacon de rampas para el traslado y manejo del equipaje. Presenta dificultades en el acceso para personas con limitaciones de mobilidad, no hay rampas paralelas a las escaleras en las entradas y salidas del hotel y para acceso a los ascensores del hotel |

que está enfrente de la estación de Chamartín, por lo que si vas de viaje está muy bien situado. Las escaleras que tiene para poder entrar al hotel. Si vas con maletas suponen un auténtico obstáculo |

Según se indica en el momento de hacer la reserva, la hab. standar da la posibilidad con la misma tarifa de cama doble o dos camas; he utilizado el hotel dos veces y alegando no tener disponibilidad he tenido que pagar una habitación superior para disponer de cama doble. Casualidad? |
