The hotel has a perfect location, although there is very little to do or to see in Ceuta for the ordinary tourist. Obviously appreciated by businessmen, as we saw so many of them. The staff is very helpful. Design is prominent. A good hotel, but not for us. The room was regular, but too black and white, giving the blues, too impersonal, almost depressing ... You can slide a black panel in front of the window to make the room totally dark. Quite the opposite of light and colours expected in the Mediterranean. Buffet breakfast to eat, not really to enjoy (many people in a hurry). For dinner, the restaurant proved disappointing. Of course the swimming pool was closed as it was too early in the season. We had a look at the Parador in the vicinity, which is much more joyful, with outdoor garden, flowers, colours ...But did'nt see a room.

Overall stay was good: Clean, good breakfast, central location... Too bad there is no sea view in Ceuta !!! We were disappointed about very poor wifi access in the rooms and about spa that is not included within hotel facilities... Those facilities we found in hotel website description were the main reasons we decided to stay at tryp hotel :(

Situación en el centro de Ceuta, al lado existe una parada de autobús y de taxi, la insonoridad de las habitaciones extraordinaria, a pesar haber una celebración en el hotel no se escuchaba nada dentro de ellas.

Está muy bien situado. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están muy bien decoradas, sencillas y prácticas. Nos ha gustado el diseño de las cortinas: son un gran panel de madera decorativo que de noche lo mueves sobre la ventana y tapa toda la luz. La iluminación de la habitación es tenue pero tiene muchos puntos de luz. Se agradece que tenga lámparas para leer a cada lado de la cama. El baño también está muy bien. La iluminación del baño es pobre. Necesitaría una luz de refuerzo para maquillarse y no estaría mal un espejo facial. El aislamiento de las ventanas no es muy bueno y se escucha el ruido de la calle más de lo deseable cuando quieres descansar. La limpieza tiene algunos fallos. En las bañeras no queda bien el moho negro en los rincones.

Es un hotel con una buena relacción precio calidad, elegante y muy bien situado. La única pega que le veo al hotel es que en los cuartos de baño la ventilación es un poco deficiente.

Sin duda el personal de recepción fué super amable...... Al chico "botones" algo perdido....... En general todo bien. Tengo previsto otro viaje en septiembre a Ceuta y me alojaré en el mismo hotel, pero eso sí, la próxima vez pediré una planta alta ya que se escuchaba la gente en recepción.... Francamente he visto que las paredes son un poco finas, por no decir de papel. Estábamos en la habitación 101 y había una pareja con unos amigos en la 102 y se escuchaba todo..

El personal del hotel muy amable y atento. Al contrario que ocurre en otros hoteles, el servicio de limpieza no hace ruido, lo que es de agradecer cuando no tienes ninguna prisa por levantarte de la cama. El diseño y mobiliario es moderno y todo está muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente aunque en Ceuta todo está a cinco minutos andando.
