Location and the price. The room was also nice although missing items. On Arrival to hotel the receptionist was very rude and we got our room at 1500 hrs only. In the room there was one bath towel missing, no hotel info booklet about telephone numbers, services etc. On 2nd day when we came back from the city our key card did not work so I had return to reception where there was working the same rude lady. I said the card does not work and she asked for the card and my room number and coded it again. I went up and tried the card and still it was not working! Back to reception to the rude lady and she said she coded it with wrong room number! I repeated my room number and then finally the card was working.

Location is perfect, close to the beach and right in the city center Most facilities closed that day (including Spa) but we were not warned and even misinformed by staff

Relatively clean hotel - great location in the heart of Ceuta We could not check in until 6:30 pm because they had offered late check out to other guests. We had a ceiling collapse while we were there - previous tenants had messed with the smoke alarm in the non smoking room. Management was very apologetic - threw us a fruit plate, late check out and free breakfast, but I don't think we would ever stay there again

Easy access to the centre of Town and port. Walking distance to caffee bar just across the hotel. Would strongly recommmend this hotel to anyone travellling to ceuta. Hair dryer not strong enough and the towels need to be changed to new ones as the exsisting ones look old and tarty.

Very central and comfortable with a king size bed and extra child bed for free. On a deal this was an ideal place ro explore Ceuta. The pool was closed. Bath tub a little small. Careful of the breakfast charge.

bel hôtel dans les parties communes, bien situé dans la ville personnel à l'accueil compétent et agréable mais en nombre insuffisant chambres mal insonorisées : voisins bruyants jusqu'à 3h du matin... chambres réservées par internet pas en adéquation avec le standing du reste de l'hôtel

Situation en plein centre tout près de l'avenue principale de la ville, vue agréable, parking au sous sol, très pratique dans un ville comme ceuta. Parking très mal indiqué, manque d'entretien.
