It was easy to find and well located nice decor and comfortable rooms. Internet was not working the day we arrived. However we were only there a night so no bother.

I'm pretty sure it was close to or on the edge of the red light district. Not a bother to us as we see it more of a cultural thing.

Excellent hotel, centrally situated which was perfect for exploring the area and sightseeing. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were an excellent size and clean and comfortable. Lovely roof top terrace with seating and water feature lending lovely views over the city. We had a balcony room which was perfect for our needs.

No hotel bar. Feel the hotel could really make use of their lovely roof top terrace by adding a bar up there, would have been lovely to start our evening with a cocktail or pre-dinner drink.

It has become a favourite of ours when in Madrid - so central but quiet though it is practically on the Gran Via

Although it was in the city centre it was a very quiet hotel and there was a tasty fresh breakfast to start each day. The staff were very helpful and I would use this hotel again when next in Madrid.

If you're going to Madrid to see all the major attractions, you can't ask for a better location. This hotel is a half block off the Gran Via and is a quick walk to everything in Centro Madrid - historical locations, food, drink, shopping, museums, and parks. Our room was beautiful and clean, with a modern bathroom and a super cool balcony out over the Gran Via. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, spoke English well, and the hotel feels very safe.

Maybe this was an issue with our room, but this hotel has some thin walls. We could hear various activity in the next room, and the cleaning staff started their activity early in the morning, creating quite a bit of noise. Doors closing from other guests coming and going were very loud and woke us up a number of times, and the beds were ok, but were too hard for me to sleep well on.

Staff was very nice, breakfast quite good. Location is perfect.

The bed was a little hard for me, but for most people it will be fine.

    Great breakfast

The first room they gave me was extremely small, without light. I went to the reception and they gave me a much bigger and confortable room. However i believe that individual rooms cost is extremely high.

Location perferct. Central but quiet. Cleaned rooms. Even if we were leaving the room late in the morning, still finding our room cleaned in the evening.

Wireless connection free but poor. Terrace showed in the pictures was not accessible (locked).

Room was wonderful, very clean, bed comfortable, very quiet - windows were facing inner courtyard

Could be more English language TV channels as BBC World and NBC Europe isn't really much

Bad hotel not recommend , if you care about location only go for it otherwise I don't suggest this hotel to stay there .

The hotel is not that much good , I had booked in nh prencep de la pz in aranjuaiz it was much better , staff was very helpfull and they have welling to help you , not like tyrp madrid they feel that they have to help you , the breakfast wasn't good everything is ham , I couldn't open window in my room and it was very hot in room last of October , I spoke with and there resone was that they are afraid I will jumb from the balcony very funny and stupid resone sothat I opened window in bathroom and I went to balcony , and they knew it .

The hotel is placed at the city center. There are a lot of transportation possibilities to all over the city. The rooms are clear. The open buffet breakfast is optional and costs 9€/per person/per day,but it was over Europe's average.
