Basic but adequate. Big plus point is the excellent location - a short stroll to the marina, promenade and beach as well as the wonderful old quarter. Also, you're only 200 metres from the lift which takes you up to the castle (turn left on promenade and it's just up the road on your left.) The hotels underground car park is tiny and is certainly not for the faint hearted unless you drive one of those little smart cars! There again, some hotels don't have any parking whatsoever so I suppose it's a bonus.

Good that there was free tea and coffee and fruit. Very close to Marina and old town. Would have preferred tea and coffee facilities in room. Pressure washing streets in the middle of the night kept waking us up

Good location in the old town, close to beach, airport bus and coastal tram stop. Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Staff friendly. Bed linen was changed daily but was replaced with cleaned yet still obviously stained sheets & covers. Whole place is a bit faded and could do with re-decoration. Better places to stay for similar prices within a few minutes walk.

We where only staying 1 night, but was perfect, after reading the reviews ref the location and the breakfast and the rooms, but we where aware of nighclub near by, did hear some noise but not music just people comming out, we asked about being moved on arrival and the reception where only to happy to help put us on the top floor, suppose with it being quiet season not full, it was all very good would deff go back and happy to recommend this hotel, very clean and comfortable and fab location.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, polite and well-informed about the city. Queries were dealt with immediately and professionally. The room was clean and maintained in perfect condition by the cleaning staff throughout. Excellent value for money, I returned here with a friend based on the experience of a previous visit to Alicante and will return again in the future.

Nice sized comfortable room and bathroom with a good bed and mini bar. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location near centre of town, harbour and beach. No complains. When you’re travelling by car you need the hotel underground parking. Very small elevator, just big enough for 2 people with bags.

Of our two weeks in Spain this August, this was the best place we stayed. It was located a block away from the beach, near tons of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and friendly and the location is great. I would definately stay here again and again. Our family of 6 loved every minute of this beautiful town. We were sad to move on.

The receptionist was very welcoming and unasked upgraded our doubleroom to a mini suite.The 12 euro car park is well worth while if arriving by car in Alicante,as street parking is non -existent.Very well run hote,2 minutes from the beach and central Alicante. Breakfast room a bit overcrowded.Hotel difficult to get too by car,due the fiendish one way system so beloved by town planners everywhere.

Location of the hotel is great for people without car. All the bus stops including the bus from airport and the stop of tranvia are 2 minutes walk from hotel. Hotel situated in the center of the city close to all monuments. A clean and nice beach "Postiguet" (good for little children swimming) is in front of the hotel - 3 minutes walking. Breakfast is ok.

Excellent Location for Beach,shops and Bars/Restaurants. Quiet location just round corner from main bus stops/tram stop and Beach + Marina. Staff friendly and helpful , rooms very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast good value. Airport bus stop just 30 metres round corner from Hotel. Castle within easy walking distance and can get an Elevator nearby to the top of the Castle if you're not up to walking up there. Might have been nice for Hotel to have it's own Bar , tho' plenty of Bars nearby.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Very clean with friendly staff and a good buffet breakfast. Fresh coffee is available 24/7 (free) which is really good. 2 minute walk to the the beach and marina so good location. People have complained about the noise late at night when I was looking at reviews of this hotel. It was only on a weekend but it didn't wake me up. If you are an early riser on a weekend I suggest that you request a room on the side or rear rather than the front of the hotel as there is a late night club opposite the hotel. Nothing. Just remember this is a 3 star hotel

It's very friendly and comfortable. I have stayed here two or three times now but I think this is the first time I have been there at a weekend. El problema no es del hotel, es del botellón o de la disco fuera. O sea , el ruido de madrugada. Es una pena porque el hotel es bien equipado, muy céntrico y no es caro.

La habitación era muy amplia y confortable. También me ha gustado la limpieza del hotel y su ubicación, está muy cerca de todo. No me ha gustado su comedor, es demasiado pequeño para la capacidad del hotel. Se colapsaba con falicilidad en los desayunos y había que esperar por la mesa. El personal es muy atento y servicial pero escaso, estaban desbordados para atender a todos. Hago notar que, como siempre, el ahorro en personal redunda en perjuicio de los clientes.

God frokost, hyggelig personale, rask internettforbindelse. Det ligger i en bakgate med mye bråk i helgene. Det er veldig lytt fra gata til rommet. Det var lite lys på rommet.

Ubicación en el centro de Alicante. Tiene parking propio (12 euros) Leí las criticas sobre el ruido y no hice mucho caso. Pero es mucho peor de lo que esperaba. Se oye a la gente hablando, fiestas, camiones... Absolutamente todo. Y estaba en la cuarta planta. Como si la ventana estuviera abierta, pero no, es que es malísima, no quita nada de ruido.
