Staff, Location, cleanliness, breakfast-all very good
the bed was very hard and decor was tired
The palm forests and parks make this a very different city to walk in, the gorge is delightful and so are the classical sites.
You have to seek out restaurants, although tapas bars are plentiful
The hotel was very central to everything, the reception staff were lovely and breakfast was a bonus
Due to the central location and lack of sound proofing we had a very poor nights sleep as we could actually hear everyone walking the streets in the early hours of the morning. Finally drifted over to sleep around 3-4am to be woke at 6am with the bin men, didn't get much sleep.
Central location easy walk to the old part of Eleche. Wheelchair friendly.
Very comfortable beds and service attention from staff
It needs to get rid of the carpet. Needs a keen eye to do light refurbishment (painting, etc...)
Central location. Good breakfast selection.
Room not cleaned before we arrived and carpet wet and dirty in doorway from obvious leak from bathroom. Furniture tired and worn.
Location and size of room
How rude one of the managers at the front desk was and how she didn't show any respect or care that our wifi connection wasn't working on 5 different devices over 2 days. As a traveler, obviously wifi is important and the only way we can communicate with people we are meeting up with via Whatsapp and iMessage. She should've handled the situation better and more maturely. I even told her I wouldn't even stay here again given her attitude and she simply walked away and ignored me. I work in customer service and she obviously does not know how to keep customers, which is probably why the hotel can't get a higher rating than 8.
Didn't like our room 104 at all not happy as opened a door instead of a window and felt like a old swimming pool that if their was a fire etc couldn't get out as walls around ten feet high
Very helpful staff, good central location, good breakfast..!
Service Location Small touches to improve our stay (basket of fruit, slippers, bath robes etc.
Why oh why, is there no table and chairs on the balcony?
superb, quiet, clean hotel with good parking (next door), easy to find. Lovely welcoming staff.
I liked the central location. I took a travel kettle for my early morning cup of tea (essential).
My room was dark and didn't have any outside view except onto a rear courtyard which was noisy.
The fabrics on sofa and cover of bed were stained and the whole room looked like needed to be painted and renovated. The parking too small and we needed to give up the keys of the car, which I dont like when I am traveling by car.
Very central. Elche is lovely Our visit coincided with 3kings procession and it was amazing!
Parking next door was very handy but expensive at 12euros a day
Very close to the historic buildings and the many bars and pleasant squares. Private garage 50 metres away. The superior room was nice and large and comfortable chairs.
Could have done with some drawers for clothes, not just a wardrobe
Ideally situated for alicante Airport.
Not much choice in restaurants.
Staff were excellent gave me a good idea of what to see and where
Excellent receptionist Mari, 2 minutes walk into the old town and good buffet breakfast.
Although we asked for a specific room, and got it, the bath tap had a bad leak, so the shower pressure was low, and the window did not block out the noise of people going by along the main street below throughout the night singing and shouting.
