Tryp Madrid Diana Hotel    

Acceso rápido al aeropuerto con el bus gratuito del hotel. El precio era ajustado.

Hemos llegado al hotel a eso de las 23:30 y tras esperar por más de media hora para registrarnos se cayó el sistema informático y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para que al final nos diesen una habitación de forma manual. Por lo que se nos dijo no es la primera vez que esto les pasa y no pude comprender porque no se han pasado a la opción de registro manual desde un primer momento. La limpieza de la habitación estaba en el límite de lo aceptable, notamos la presencia de polvo en los muebles.

well, the beds were as hard as boards and for some people that is OK, but not for me. the five included restuarants offer a wide diversity, but they were expensive to our taste.

Simple, convenient being close to airport and metro line. Great airport shuttle service.

30 min by metro far away from downtown hence if you want to party you will have to take a taxi back (metro close around 1 am)

Only thing the hotel was cleane

No Air Condition. Complain to the staff but they were not polite at all the only answer was "Sorry, this time of the year no A/C"(Which is not mentioned in hotel description. It says Air conditioned rooms. It was 25 Centigrade and in 7th floor. Talked to the manager and changed the room to 6th floor. Complain to Booking.com. Hotel has informed them that I can check out and book another hotel by myself. Do you believe that!!!!!! Why we book in advance?? We do not want to waste time. Still the Booking.com investigation the problem. It is almost 10 days. No result.

Good enough hotel for good money. Very comfortable between the flights, near metro. Free transfer.

Pick up van was at the airport within 10 mins of calling.Hotel was nice and had a balcony,which was nice as it was hot.Was only there for 1 night as it is only 5 mins away from the airport.

Hotel is Not near the shopping Mall as mentioned, but you have to get a taxi to get there and back to hotel around €10 each way.

Bad smell in non smokers room.

Free shuttle from/to airport. 5 different restaurants in the se building. Very close to Madrid airport, so perfect for an overnight transfer between flights. Low rate with breakfast included. Bet clean and comfortable room.

No smiles by check-in staff! Old grumpy men could be advantageously replaced by smiling younger women!

The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport and will respond to a phone call from the airport.

The bus arrived at the airport within 10 mins. Staff were polite and helpful. The room and hotel generally was clean.

The bed was dreadfully hard and extreemly uncomforable. For this reason I would not stay there again. It is important to get a decent nights sleep when you have a further 8 hour flight the next day. Very disappointing.

If you need to stay at the airport it is a clean and rasonable option

They have a free shuttle for airport. It's pretty good. But the internet system is not good. Its free but they gave you username and password for everyday. When you try to connect to internet username and password is asked all the time and they only valid for one day. It is not comfortable. I hope TRYP hotels is gonna change this internet system.

I like the situation, is closed to the airport and the room was comfortable.

A woman boot disappeared from my room when hey cleaned the room and they denied the fact. Who wants a single boot? Now I am with one expensive boot unable to be used. That was disgraceful, I travel a lot to Madrid and use the hotels near the airport, never any more I will go to Diana Tryp. Be careful with things you leave in the room.

Proximity to airport. We arrived after midnight, so unable to comment on facilities, but it seemed to be mainly used by the Spanish. We arrived by taxi from the airport, as we had read previous reviews about lengthy waits for the transfer bus. As it was after midnight, we decided not to take a chance on a long wait. Very efficient transfer back to the airport at 0630 hrs the next day.

No hot water at 0545, so cold shower!

The hotel is very well located close to the airport, including shuttle fast and on time. Room is comfortable and quiet.
