I had a quick layover in Madrid and the hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport and it was an easy check-in. |

The airport shuttle was convenient as was the location near a metro stop. However the hotel should mention that the van picks up at the hotel pickup spot at airport. Instead they told me to call and then put me on hold for a while. Really nothing special. Hard to think of a hotel more in need of a renovation. Lumpy pillows, hard beds - only stay for the convenience and if you get a good price! |

the hotel was perfect but the airport transfer let the whole place down.. The courtesy bus is a pain. I am a pilot for Ryanair and used the hotel for 5 days and had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for the bus 6 times during my stay. The transfer bus was one of the reasons for using the hotel and have to say that I will choose the hotel in which the bus turned up to the bus stop at least 5 times while I waited for one of the two buses of tryp diana. poor show |

Soap dispensers in bathroom instead of wasteful individual soaps or gels. The promised free shuttle service to and from the airport is unreliable and I had to spend an extra 25 euro, twice, to get to and from the airport. That increased the price by 50 euro. I was not happy. The aircon made a loud grinding noise once every hour or so, waking me up. |

I liked the cafeteria and restaurant which were both open late. I arrived late and was grateful to have food available. The room was quiet and I could sleep. I only condemn you shuttle bus service. I arrived late and did not change into Euro and had no change to call the hotel. Luckily, another passsenger understood my problem and called for me. Even then, I waited on hour for the shuttle bus. close to the airport and metro.and local pubs the safe (caja fuerte) in the room did not work, and there was no interes finding /changing the locker. The shower equpment was not to a good standard. We was also missing a dooble bed. |

The 24 hour airport shuttle was nice when we used it in the afternoon. But in the morning, we had to wait in line for forty minutes to get on board. Do not pick this hotel based off of this criterion. There are a few other hotels in the area with free shuttles to Barajas. This was definitely not a four star hotel. Nothing about it was nicer than a two star. The staff was stand-offish and the facilities were inconvenient, crowded, and outdated. Breakfast was an incredible 17 euros per person. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |
