The Tryp Iberia is close to the historic quarter of Las Palmas, overlooking the Atlantic. It has an outdoor swimming pool with wonderful views of the bay. The spacious rooms in the Tryp Iberia all have interactive satellite TV and a pillow menu. They also have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The hotel can arrange local tours and car rental. It also offers free private parking. The Iberia’s cafe offers a selection of sandwiches and salads. The hotel is located in the center of Las Palmas, next to a new shopping mall. It is close to Las Palmas University, as well as sights such as the Cathedral. A bus stop can be found nearby. The buffet breakfast was very poor, and the "hot" food was nearly cold this hotel does not warrant the 4star more like 2star. Would not return to this hotel, they seem to cater more for the buisness side of things. Overall it was not value for money. As we like to try out different 4star hotels, we have not found one yet that can beat the Hotel Reina Isabel for comfort, variety of food and free wifi, we would deffinately go back there on our next visit.

This was an exceptional hotel. The staff was tremendous from management all the way down to the cleaning folks. They changed the sheets and towels every day. Anything that we asked for , they responded positively. messages to the room were instantaneous. The pool on the roof along with the views was great. The breakfast had everything that you would want from fresh fruit to a full English breakfast. The bar was nice. Very convenient location. You can go right out the door and walk to the jogging and biking trail along the shore. You are very close to the main shopping street and plenty of bars and restaurants to relax in. Perfect stay. Thank you.

Situación céntrica. Vistas al mar. Piscina. Hotel todo él desgastado, se ve viejo, necesita una reforma. Parking sin reserva pero pequeño, si llegas tarde por la noche te quedas fuera. Puerta directa a la habitación de al lado vieja y desgastada, podías meter un dedo entero y mirar a través de él (por suerte no había nadie).

La verdad esperaba mas de un hotel 4 estrellas, mas bien parece un 3 estrellas, tome una habitación superior y estaba bastante envejecida. Si vas de trabajo, como me paso a mi, el servicio de internet del hotel es caro 8€ 24 h, pero vale, no pasa nada, lo malo es que solo se lo puedes instalar a 1 dispositivo, si llevas mas no funciona, tendrías que pagar 8€ por cada dispositivo, ya sea ordenador, iPad o teléfono.

Ligging t.o.v oude stad en winkels Zwembad was in onderhoud, hetgeen oa de reden was om voor dit hotel te kiezen! Waarom staat zoiets niet op de website van booking, moet toch eenvoudig zijn met hedendaagse technieken!! Echt slecht en het personeel interesseerde het helemaal niks, jammer hoor

Que el servicio de habitaciones me ordenaban las cosas. Camas cómodas y toallas bien limpias. El desayuno es bastante completo. El balcón de mi habitación tenia trozos de losa sueltas y parecía que nadie lo habia limpiado en años, daba cosas salir a ver la vista. La nevera del minibar esta vacía, pero ademas sucia. Televisor arcaico. Es como si este hotel hubiera tenido su esplendor hace 20 años y luego quedó en el olvido.

Estuve una noche solamente en el hotel y deje mi vehícuol estacionado en el parking privado para clientes, cuando fui a retirarlo al día siguiente me di cuenta de que alguien alojado alli me dio un golpe, fui a reclamar al hotel por si tenían algún seguro para éstos casos, me dijeron que dejara mis datos pero no me han dicho nada, No tienen cámara pero pienso que el hotel debería tener un seguro ya que el partking está dentro de las instalaciones de privado, sino que lo hagan públio. De todas formas me pondré en contacto con ellos

El desayuno, cierta calidad en algunos productos, como la bollería, en especial los croissants. En otros como los embutidos, se parecían mas a la calidad de un hotel de playa Falta de servicios como piscina. El wifi es de pago, y muy caro, lo que me parece obseleto hoy en día.
