The staff was excellent at providing us with information on how to obtain tickets to the Horse Show and handling our parking ticket. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of iberians meats, eggs sunny side up, spanish tortilla, hard boiled eggs, slices of tomatoes, juices, waters, fruits and teas. The temperature in our room was very warm. We were told that the windows had to be shut tightly in order for the a/c to work and although the windows were closed the temperature was never quite comfortable- too warm in the room. The parking was extremely convenient and located under the hotel- a definite plus if you have your own vehicle. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. You can walk to the majority of the bodegas and the Spanish Riding School. A taxi cab ride (3 euros) to Tio Pepe and Pedro Sandeq as well as the Alcazar may be worthwhile since parking can be a hassle and the taxis are located across the street from the hotel. A/C was an issue; we never achieved a comfortable temperature in the room.

This hotel was very centrally located for the Andalucian Horses which we went especially to see. It was very handy for bars and restaurants and was in a nice location in the city. The hotel itself was welcoming, but the rooms could have done with a better clean - the shower area was not particularly clean and the top of the loo cistern was broken. Apart from that this was a nice hotel. As mentioned above, the cleaning could have been better in the bathrooms, particularly around the showers.

Location was fantastic - walk to everything. Bathroom lovely in marble. Double bed - kingsize best bed we have had so far in spain. Amazing value for money. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Easy driving access to hotel and good hotel parking!!! Decor a bit dated. Curtains in rooms facing plaza not thick enough - spotlights onto hotel come straight into room at night- very bright.

Convenient for a city trip. Comfortable, clean & efficient. The photo on the internet is somewhat misleading - gives the impression that the hotel has a sweeping drive in front of it. The description of the car parking facilities should be explained better. Yes, the hotel does have a carpark but you need to drive around to get to it. Prices for car park are incorrect on the internet.

Good central location. Rooms were clean. Very clinical. No restaurant facilities and the bar closed at 9:30pm! Odd for a country where most people don't go out to dinner until after that!

Nice hotel, right in the center of town. On my 'Booking' voucher the breakfast price was € 9,00. They tried to charge us €14,00. After menitioning it they reduced the price to €9,00. Strange.

Location was ideal for all of the tourist activites, bodegas, equestrian school, cathedral & alcazar. It was also great if shopping was the purpose of your trip, being just a short 2 min stroll from the shopping area. Staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good english which helps when your Spanish is below par. Of the tourist attractions in Jerez I highly recommend the camera obscura at the Alcazar. An enjoyable winter break.

The staff were extremely helpful in every respect. My room was perfect in every way and the standard of cleanliness was high. The location could not have been better, being very central and within walking access of almost everything I was looking for during my break. My son's student flat was very nearby but he enjoyed the luxury of the air con in my lovely room on a few occasions!!
