It is very confortable and convenient to access the metro toward the center of city and find the good restaurants. |

The location was very central, right next to Plaza de Espana. The receptionist was very helpful in getting another room for us. Although we only booked a standard room, she gave us a suite for the same price. The doorman was also very helpful with our luggage. Maybe the hotel can lower the room rates, as the rooms were quite small. |

The location of the hotel was very good, located very close to Metro, bus stop, restaurants, and turistic places. The room was very confortable for a family of four, the room also had a balcony looking to Gran Via, which was very nice. |

ruime, lichte kamer, schoon, goed sanitair, grote bedden, centrale lokatie, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet ondanks geluidsisolatie blijft het een heel gehorige lokatie (voortrazend verkeer), afschermwand douche boven bad te smal (na douchen is de vloer nat). |

la camera aveva il balcone quindi una vista stupenda sulla gran vie quando ci hanno assegnato la camera ci siamo recati al piano e aprendo la porta ci siamo resi conto che era gia' occupata da altri ospiti |

Situación, el trato del personal, el confort de la habitacion (exceptuando el ruido exterior por las noches). la entrada al hotel es a traves de escaleras, no tiene rampas lo que dificulta el llevar las maletas y el acceso, creo que podrian perfectamente adecuar la entrada. Un poco de ruido de la calle por las noches. El acceso a internet es un poco caro y lento desde los ordenadores del hotel. |
