The Tryp Menfis boasts a privileged position one one of Madrid’s main central streets, Gran Vía. From here, you can easily reach many of the city’s popular sights, such as the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Retiro Park. The location was very central, right next to Plaza de Espana. The receptionist was very helpful in getting another room for us. Although we only booked a standard room, she gave us a suite for the same price. The doorman was also very helpful with our luggage.

Maybe the hotel can lower the room rates, as the rooms were quite small.

The location of the hotel was very good, located very close to Metro, bus stop, restaurants, and turistic places. The room was very confortable for a family of four, the room also had a balcony looking to Gran Via, which was very nice.

i would really recommend this hotel. Good value for money
we stayed in a luxurious, spacious family room..lots nicer than what i expected
the location is also great

there are not so many facilities in the hotel
