It is only 20 miles from Vigo Airport. This hotel has a well-equipped thermal area, a spa and an 18-hole golf course with impressive views. There is free Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas. The Water Palace has 32,300 ft² pools with water beds, geysers and hydro-massage jets. There is also a river area, a cascade and dry and steam saunas. The Balneario de Mondariz includes advanced treatments by trained staff. There are water treatments for leisure or therapeutic reasons. There is also a special Celtic Spa. The hotel is in the Galician countryside, near the Portuguese border. There is large grounds area and a terrace. Hiking is possible and bike rental is available. All rooms are soundproofed. Lo mejor el masaje relax en la espalda. Para repetir!!! Y el desayuno insuperable. El mejor buffet que vi en mi vida. Había de todo, productos de calidad, buena presentación...De 10! En nuestra reserva estaba incluída una entrada al palacio del agua o al balneario celta. Era sábado por la tarde y para mi gusto en el palacio del agua sobrábamos algunos, No es que estuviera masificado, ni mucho menos, pero para ponerte debajo de un chorrito había que esperar. En el baño celta la entrada es la mitad de tiempo pero sólo hay 8 personas, así que para la próxima vez esa será la opción.

El spa (piscinas, saunas etc.) es magnifico, ¡merece la pena! El restaurante del hotel es malo y bastante caro para lo que ofrece, hay mejor opción a unos 100 metros.

Buen desayuno. El balneario esta masificado. No hay nadie que controle el tiempo de estancia. No es un balneario para relajarse, ya que dejan entran a niños de cualquier edad y al no haber ningún control, estos se lo toman como una piscina publica. Si la intención es relajarse en un balneario, este no es el adecuado.

Buen personal, especialmente en Restaurante. Insufrible el Palacio del Agua, con esa enorme cantidad de clientes que admiten simultaneamente. Una magnifica instalacion, que se hace insoprtable, si no controlan el aforo.

Aparte del gran spa (excelente), me ha gustado mucho el restaurante. Tiene unos platos exquisitos, en especial el confit de pato con frutas del bosque. úNicamente eché en falta un lugar donde ir a tomar algo después de la cena, como un bar-pub. No obstante soy consciente de que el balneario de Mondariz es un lugar donde ir a relajarse, no a salir de fiesta. Aún así, heche en falta un lugar con un poco de hambiente nocturno.
