Great location, friendly staff, great view We almost didn't book because we read we had to pay for wifi and because the breakfast was so expensive. When we got there, if we signed up for free to their loyalty program, we got free wifi and breakfast half price. I'm sure they loose helps of bookings because people don't know this and it puts them off. Poor marketing guys!

There are three totally brilliant places in the world: Key West, Ubud and San Sebastian. This spotless and friendly hotel is well placed for the main beach and the Old Town, and some rooms have spectacular sunset views. What's not to like?

Your front desk staff was wonderful as was the location. The marble steps up to the elevators were a problem with luggage and there didn't seem to be enough staff to really help without leaving the front desk. No shampoo and conditioner. The wifi never worked. I was surprised this was considered four star.

Located near beach, old town, and shopping. Windows opened for good ventilation. Half dozen steps up to access the elevators which required the front desk staff to help with our bags. No help on departing, but then I didn't ask for help, I'm sure they would have helped if asked.

The conceirge on duty Thurs. March 15 in the morning, saved my life. My atm card did not work and he went out of his way to contact american express for me and get a us agent to help me get emergency cash. The banks were about to close and I was leaving town the next day. I had just arrived in spain for 7 weeks, and without him, I would have had to go home or something drastic. He really went out of his way staying on the phone at the front desk to get me help. Please, please give him recognition for this!!!! Bonnie Pool

A very well positioned hotel one block from the sea-front and 10-minutes walk to the historic old town. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Has its own parking garage on site, which is very useful as parking is difficult in the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it as very good value.

Good location and very good quality room. Car parking available underground at hotel which made our one night visit very convenient. Although just rooms its location is excellent...a good restaurant is directly opposite ..the promenade is 100 metres away and it is pleasant walk to the old town/harbour. It is really the top 5 floors of a block that are the rooms of the hotel . with a reception on the ground floor . All fine but do not expect the features of a hotel ...lounge , bar , restaurant etc .

Nice hotel, excellent location one street away from the beach promenade, halfway on the Concha Bay to either end. Coffee/tea facility in room but no creamer! 1St floor of hotel is actually 6 floors up, which gives you better view of the bay!Cafes on the prom give better breakfast deals than usual hotel price. Spacious rooms and bathrooms! Hotel valet parking is expensive but relieves the pressure of finding spot in crowded downtown! In the lobby is a staircase leading to the elevators of about 10 steps that were difficult at the end of the day for my 90yr old mom. Could only book a double room for my mom so she paid as much as we did for the room, instead of single rate, which was quite high to what she is used to.

The location is excellent and next to the beach and a 10minute walk to the old town. This is not a hotel as it only has rooms and there are no hotel facilities. The price of this "hotel" is extremely expensive for just a room with a view.

The location of the hotel is perfect, and the view (playa de la concha) is amazing. The room we stayed in was large and clean. Although the location was great, I still think that this hotel is rather expensive (For example: extra 14 euro for breakfast, extra 24 euro per night to park the car, ...). Slow Wi-fi connection.

The hotel was very close to the beach and the shops and a pleasant short walk from the old town - where some of the best restaurants seem to be. The hotel has a faded elegance about it and some quirks but it was comfortable, clean and friendly. There were some works going on which meant some of the corridors smelt of paint being burned off - a little alarming until you find out what it was.
