Location is perfect, right in front of the beach.

Breakfast has a good value, but, not great. No double beds!

Everything else was mediocre Tallest building 0ne block behind beachfront hotels so easy to find your way back home.

very dirty rooms. painting on wall cracking and falling. dirty bathroom. definitely not deserving any interest from travelers unless complete renovation made.

It was a lovely, The comfortable room. The views and the open aspect of the room were the best things about this hotel. It gave the impression of space and openness.

Didn't replenish any toiletries apart from the shower gel even though we were there for four days. That felt a bit mean. Also, once the cafe closed in early evening it was impossible to get a hot drink. Mini bar was limited in choice.

Fabulous location just off the seafront & a quick stroll to the old town. I'd describe the hotel as Premier Inn with a mini-bar (although it wasn't re-filled when products consumed.) Could do with a little renovation decoration-wise but clean & comfortable. I'd stay here again.

The only thing I missed was a comfortable lounge bar area.

Very slow check in process - their old system is not connected to Internet reservation. Poor room soundproofing. Very small wardrobes. Could do with freshening up a little.

Staff were really helpful and particularly learning the basque language. They also helped with printing some confirmations.

Room is completely devoid of any kitchen facilities. A kettle would have been nice, as a minimum.

The fact that they charged my credit card in sterling at their rip off exchange rate despite being told I wanted to pay in Euros - a rip off which is typical in Spain.

We had a suite on the top floor and had a fantastic view over the beach and parts of the dss city. Priceless. Room was clean and had free internet. Parking was convenient.

Hotel is a little old and tried, rooms are clean and functional but nothing special. Spa bath did not work, but only 2 nights so did not worry. Breakfast was very basic compared to other hotels we stayed in for a similar price on this trip to Spain.

The staff were lovely and the room was fantastic. I didn't expect there to be slippers and a dressing gown which were a lovely surprise.

I thought the walls were a little thin. Every time a neighbour went to the bathroom I could hear the water which was a bit off putting for a hotel so nice and also quite expensive.

There was no information about San Sebastien in the room. The reception could not advise us where to eat, although there was an excellent restaurant nearby, which we only discovered on the last night. The rooms were cold and when we were caught in a storm, there was nowhere to dry our clothes. We were surprised that the Hotel was classified as 4 star, because of such limited facilities. We believe that the pricing policy is not customer friendly, whereby the price for Saturday night was nearly three times the price of Tuesday night!

Excellent hotel very well located less than a minute from the beach and a stone's throw from the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful reception staff who gave us some great recommendations on pintxos bars, restaurants and other activities.

Parking is quite expensive (but that's a problem across San Seb) but very convenient.

Overall I was very dissapointed in the hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is totally dated and starting from the lobby there is no ambience I felt like the online view of hotel was totally misleading

Perfect location-near beach and shops.

No English channels. Private Internet in Foyer not working. Floors seemed low on hotel description but actually 1st floor was equivalent to nearly the 6th floor on other buildings. No balconies.

Great central location, close to the beach, old city, shops, retaurants and various sites we wanted to visit on foot. Very helpful staff, gave us good tips about restaurants and local food.

Very expensive parking, but there is nowhere else to park, so you have to take their option. The escalator from the car park only goes to the lobby. Then there is a short flight of stairs to the next lescalator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases. There is a small escalator for a wheel chair to get one person over the intermediate flight of stairs, but it was locked, so we could not use it for suitcases.
