Tryp Palma Hotel    

Front desk staff was not only friendly, but very professional , helpful and efficient. It is located just off the main avenue so it is close to the main airport bus station as well as the Soller train. These are within walking distance. Close by you can take a local bus to the beach plaza, which is a must.

A little noisy on the street side, but not bad.

Very noisy room because of garbage collection more than once around 3am. Window had to be kept open because there was no air conditioning. Reported problem to reception staff who were aware of the problem, but offered no resolution to the problem. Would recommend asking for a quiet room if visiting again.

The staff were very friendly and our room was very nice. It was everything we were looking for in a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Palma.

Lack of evening bar. Having to request an iron. Lack of advice as to where to go, what to do, where to eat, where to enjoy. Swimming pool too small, steam room lacks steam. Expensive for the services it provides

Very much noice during the night on the street: garbage collectors start at 3.00 am, including bottle containers! Jacuzzi in the spa was not hot and not very clean.

It was clean and comfortable, nice staff who were helpful .The 11 euro breakfast was very nice. Near enough to walk to the Center of town with a lot of interest on the way + shops It has a fantastic restaurant at the end of the street with really good food

The staff were very helpful, supplying room service when the kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Also they held our bags for the day after check out. when we arrived we were given a map and the best areas to visit. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The Spa area was very well looked after very relaxing.

WiFi not very good

The hotel is in excellent location close to the city centre of Palma and close to bus/train interchange so convenient for sightseeing, shopping as well as a starting point for daytrips in Majorca. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet - we couldn't hear other guests.

The street was a bit noisy due to the communal recycling bins being below our window and the Palma rubbish men collect it in the middle of the night (1:30am and about 4am, especially glass can get really noisy)

Very good hotel and friendly staff. Exceptionally good beds!!! There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We didn't make use of the spa (lack of time) but it looked okay.

Great location, room very spacious and clean. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi in basement were great after a days sightseeing

Attitude of staff at breakfast. The options they offer are very confusing, and led to them trying to overcharge us. The receptionist explained that they were a third party service who worked for the hotel, but the attidude of the waitress was poor, and she kept trying to charge us the full amount for the buffet breakfast when we had hardly eaten anything

The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Have never sufferede from back problems until I stayed here. Cooked breakfast undercooked and oily.
