location Rooms and reception need renovate. The staff in the reception have to speak english. They didn't know what "invoice" does it mean! The rooms need a mini bar. |

Good location in walking distance of main tourist sites and the old part of the city Phone in room not working and not repaired during the 4 days following report of fault. |

The hotel rooms has different sizes and comforts. ı made booking 5 days ago. When ı arrived at the hotel it was suprise me the size and comfort of the room that booked for me.Midnight some insects bite me in my room. In the morning ı asked the hotel staf to change my room and they did. The new room was good in comfort and size. |

Its proximity to the city center You need to go to be basement using the staircases with your suitcases to take the elevator. Not good at all for someone with heavy luggages. |

Well located, however Madrid has a good public transportation. It's very easy to move around. You can stay at any place near to a metro. The lift should be at the Guiness Book as the smallest one in all world. The hotel has two lifts: one has capacity for 3 people (without luggage) and the other one for 4 people (without luggage). You have to use the stairs if you don't want to spend your time waiting your turn. The room had a noise like water (discharge). I woke up at 4:00 am due to this noise (at night 10:00 pm had the same). The receptionist said that he had no prior complain regarding this issue (impossible!!!). In my opinion you can stay in an other hotel at the same price in other location (don't need to be at Gran Via). |

Located in the touristic center of Madrid Too much noise: you can hear the flashing toilets of the neighboring rooms. The single room is really tiny. |

La posizione centralissima dell albergo e la camera che mi è stata assegnata..ampia,spaziosa luminosa pulitissima con tutti i servizi necessari.. ed una bellissima vasca da bagno. Lo staff dell'albergo ed il servizio portinera meraviglioso e molto sicuro con tutto il personale molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo consiglio davvero a chiunque vada a Madrid |

esta muy bien situado, los empleados muy amables. por las caracteristicas del mismo hay que bajar las maletas una planta, deveria un personal del mismo hacerlo y los clientes estaran mas contentos |

Ubicacion del hotel. Solo 2 acensores y muy lentos. La reception esta muy lenta tambien, por lo menos 15 minutos para recibir las llaves y ademas nos han dado camas separadas sin preguntar si queremos cama de matrimonio. |
