Good clean hotel very central to all attractions great value just wish the weather had been better was freezing.

Getting in and out without using the lift not able to use the stairs you could only use the stairs when going out using the emergency exit.

I liked everything about this hotel. Location is absolutely excellent - just in the city center, you can reach all main sightseeings by walk. Hotel is just few steps from underground station, if you need to take metro. Walkable distance to aeroport buss. Room was very clean; despite the fact that hotel is located on one of the main city streets which is very crowded, the room was very quiet, facing the inner yard of the building. Hotel staff is excellent, very helpful, polite, friendly.

There was a flight of stairs down to the reception. The elevator was too small and crowded at most times.

I liked the location - it was only five minutes from the theatres. I had a single room with en-suite; the room was also well spaced.

The reception is located at the basement and there is no elevator to get there from the entrance. So the clients have to go down 15 steps carrying their bags to do the check in.

Breakfast was good and the location excellent

This Hotel is unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties, or disabilities too many stairs from street level down to reception and lift access, no staff would help my friend with her suitcase. My single room felt airless, scaffolding outside window, no airconditioning, or fan, just heating.

Location was excellent, near to all the sites and could walk to all parts of the city. The breakfast was very good, large selection and constantly being refreshed.

The reception staff were not very friendly at check in. The bathroom was not brilliantly clean and the bath had massive chips out of it.

American Express can not be used in the hotel although they said they accept it.

Location was good not the best but ok. Near metro stations and restaurants and shopping and right on Gran Via. Breakfast was good. Rooms are small and bathrooms are even smaller. Elevator is small and slow Tv set is really computer screen size.

We booked a month in advance a room for three for 4 nights.We had to ask for another room after having to sleep in the first one just one night. The first room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting, the bathroom had broken tiles and mold. The second room was as small as the first one but looked cleaner (the third bed was lower and shorter than the other 2 beds) and there was no room between beds so you had to crawl to get out of bed... The lamp shade was melted.

A very good location, on Gran Via( so many shops and cafes), near Callao and Sol metro stations. Very polite staff and a nice breakfast. A convenient furniture in the room and a good Wi-Fi.

I could not get out without using the elevator. I understand you need to restrain access to irrelevant persons, but it worked both ways.

Very loud traffic noise into the early hours of the morning in street facing room. Uncomfortable bed. Double bed was two singles made up and shoved together

As we stayed on the 9th floor we had to wait a lot for the elevator, just one for 4 persons. A bit noicy, mostly from banging doors.

The location, VIPS Shop beside the hotel for water & snacks, Restaurants, fast food & coffee chains across the road.Free Wi-Fi. Metro & Bus stops very close by. The price was great too.

The 2 flights of stairs down to reception witn a baby buggy..
