We came to Gijon to compete in itu Duathlon World Championship. We choseTryp because it was the closest lodging to the race site. We were thrilled to discover that it was also close to the beach, beautiful trails alon Paseo de Lorenzo and directly across the street from the fabulous Parque doe Isabel la Catalica. I would like to have access to free Wifi. The daily price of 17 euro was just too expensive for the limited time we were in the room to use it.

Hotel moderno, cómodo y tranquilo, con los todos los servicios de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Buen buffet para desayunar. Bien situado tanto para ir al centro de la ciudad como para salir de ella. Nada digno de mención en los tres días que estuvimos.

La cama estaba bien pero era la habitacion con cama especial pero para ser especial no era para tanto, el personal de la recepción encantador pero una de las chicas de la cafeteria mejor que se dedique a otra cosa. El desayuno muy caro el bufet deja mucho que desear asi como la limpieza de las habitaciones (pelos por los rincones, falta de gel en el baño..) sin duda no volveremos a este hotel.

La situación: a 4 pasos del Molinón, muy cerca del Museo del pueblo asturiano y a un agradable paseo de 20min hasta el centro de la ciudad. Zona muy tranquila con aparcamiento fácil. Por la noche, si no se quiere ir al centro, también hay bastante oferta de bares y restaurantes cerca del hotel. Delante del hotel hay un parque muy bonito para dar un paseo. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Tenían habitaciones disponibles de nivel superior al que habíamos reservado y nos dieron una habitación mejor al mismo precio.

Mi habitación (que era premium) necesitaba mantenimiento urgente pues las cortinas estaban descolgadas con lo cual entraba mucha luz y no se podía dormir. No era algo momentáneo puesto que ya le habían pueto un clip de oficina para disimular. Esta cadena tiene mucho renombre como para no preocuparse de el mantenimiento diario de sus habitaciones.

Es la segunda vez que haciendo la reserva de la oferta especial nos hacen un upgrade a habitación premium. Muy espaciosa y bien equipada. Por decir algo, la distancia al centro. Son 20 minutos de agradable paseo por el paseo de la playa de San Lorenzo.

El personal en general me ha tratado bastante bien, el entorno es agradable tiene un parque enfrente y la playa y zona de paseo estan muy cerca. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y muy limpias con una relación calidad/precio estupenda. Muy buen garaje. Tambien hay una zona muy cerca para ir de tapas y vinos. Muy contento vada vez que utilizo Booking. Todo correcto, tampoco hay que ponerse un nivel de exigencia superalto, sino que siendo personas normales, todo ha estado perfecto. No se puede pedir mas.
