Berkedudukan dekat dengan Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor dan katedral-katedral yang terkenal di seluruh dunia, ianya juga hanyalah dengan berjalan kaki singkat dari Centre for Performing Arts and Music. Really soft pillows and duvets and very comfortable beds. Far too hot in the room and no way to cool it down as the air conditioning is not set to come on until summer so the only way was to wedge open the window and then of course the outside noise came in.

We thought its position perfect, not only for the sight-seeing and the Plaza Mayor but also for relaxing in the beautiful Jesuit Gardens which were within two minutes' walk from the hotel. We liked everything.

Everything was first class,joined the Tryp Club and two breakfasts for the price of one.This is the third Tryp Hotel but it will be my first choice from now on. I should have stayed longer

Very convenient for city centre with on-site parking, which is otherwise difficult nearby and in city centre. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room with excellent wifi (remember to ask for password for each device). Smokers are still prevalent in the hotel. We should have remembered to ask for a non-smoking room but it was ok after airing.

The bed were great, the best of our holliday is 6 different hotels. Great location to visit the old city The reception could give more information when I checked in: I went three times back to te reception in ten minutes for: You need a key for the safe, so when I was in my room I went back to the lobby. Again, you need a code for wifi, for each device. They did't tell me, so I went back twice.

Generally it was a good hotel with good car parking facility No restaurant, the bar area was not manned and it was very difficult to get service at the small bar.

Really smart hotel, very close to town, easy to walk to. Carpets in hallways so really quiet, staff really friendly. Excellent underground secure parking for motorbike. Great, would stay again.

A smart modern hotel. Reception staff spoke English and arranged for flowers for my wife which I requested be delivered before 9am. A beautiful bouquet of red roses arrived on time. A very pleasant stay in a hotel which was excellent value.

el personal estupendo en recepción nos trataron muy bien el trato muy familiar. Las habitaciones muy amplias. La ubicación muy buena.

Me gustó mucho el trato con las chicas de recepción, el diseño del hotel, se nota que son 4 estrellas al entrar al hall y el baño es bastante amplio y muy bien qeuipado. No está muy lejos de la plaza mayor, además hay bares y pub muy cerca y mucho ambiente Al ser un 4 estrellas tiene la habitación un poco estrecha, y pedimos cama doble en la reserva y luego nos dieron dos camas, aunque para dos dias que estuvimos no dijimos nada, el desayuno no lo pedimos porque lo vimos un poco caro, pero en general está muy bien

Chambre agréable,personnel professionnel, parking sous l'hôtel, petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtel trop impersonnel à la décoration désuette. Le centre ville n'est pas loin à pieds mais une montée est assez redoutable pour revenir surtout aprés un bon repas....

Buena localización, paseo de 10 minutos maximo a la Plaza Mayor. Buen desayuno buffet. Parking por 14,50€/día. Habitación superior correcta, con un buen baño y Tv con muchos canales (Canal+ y canales internacionales). Para repetir. Por poner algo, decoración un poco anticuada y colchón un poco duro.
