I must admit,we travel a lot and the reception staff of this hotel were the best,alicia and theresa especially made our easter break memorable,the hotel was very good breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice etc fantastic

Modern, nice (depends on one's taste), well furnished, spotless clean, very quiet (despite being next to motorway). Efficient and ever-ready staff: requests (baby cot, towels) sorted in a matter of minutes, questions where do we go for... how to get there answered straight away with map provided. Well stocked room minibar. 5min walk to bus stop, 15min ride to city centre. 16.00 check-in is a bit late.

Brand new hotel with excellent rooms and services, easy to find traveling by car, no parking problems. Located extremely close to a stadium, conference center and huge shopping mall. Located rather far from the historical city center, so it the goal is to see the world heritage monuments - it is not very convenient.

The friendly concierge was just wonderful. We loved the easy and free access to the internet. As well, the computer was very fast and effective. We loved the hotel and everything about it. However, we had a very negative experience at the end of our stay. The concierge very helpfully, organised a taxi to take us to the airport. This is a complaint against the taxi and not the hotel. The taxi was number 40. His meter for payment was not working. We think this was a set up. He pretended it was not working and then when we arrived, he charged us 20 euros. We would be very happy to hear that this is the normal fee, but we suspect that this is not the case! We would love some feedback on this.

Le personnel a démontré une disponibilité, gentillesse et un grand souci de venir en aide aux clients. Le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner étaient tous deux excellents. Un très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, à un prix plus qu’abordable.

Las habitaciones son cómodas. La ducha es de esas que te tienen en vilo continuamente, pasas del escaldado al enfriado en un santiamén.
