Hotel Urdanibia Park    

We had great stay, staff great.

The room was clean, good size and internet worked well.

The hotel was very difficult to find even with navigator and exact address. Staff was weakest part of the hotel, they don´t work for customers. There was big group on the same time in the hotel and that was too much for staff. Restaurant was closed in the evening with no reason. Cafe was open but if you don´t speak spanish you almost don´t get service. Breakfast were even bigger disaster because of the big group, there were no seats and not enough coffee and staff seemed helpless.

Conveniently located close to the motorway so good for an over night break. Room clean and spacious.

Location beautiful, staff very attentive and explaining the best of Basque country, very spacious room. Travelling with 2 small children. Comparing with other 3 star hotels Hotel Urdanibia deserves 4 stars.

WE were travelling from Spain to UK and chose this for closeness to motorway, price and quality of hotel We were not disappointed.We had first class stay and have bookmarked for our return.

Room smelled of smoke, it was changed on our request but the substitute room was little better. Bath tub plugs were dirty Name and location make it difficult to find, even using SatNav, because of the three names in various sites, eg Urdaniba Park, Urdaniba Tryp and The Urdaniba Hotel.

The hotel rooms are very jaded. The bathroom doors would not shut. The air conditioning did not work and we had two rooms on the top floor with the temperature well in to the 30'S. The hotel did not offer room service other than an arrangement with a local pizza takeaway where they would phone an order through for you. Their own restaurant menu was limited and expensive. Whilst the staff spoke good English and were helpful when we arrived they suddenly couldn't understand me when I complained about the air conditioning and just shrugged their shoulders. Their website promises luxury with prices to match and the hotel delivers basic. Very unhappy and would never use this hotel again.

The hotel is ideal if you want to explore the basque country, you can get to France in 10 minutes by car and a local train to San Sebastian to avoid nightmare parking scenario. We didn't go for the full breakfast but were happy with the cafe. It is amity the wifi didn't reach the hotel room this was disappointing and typically if these business type hotels the evening snacks available are a bit Jon the mean side and pricey, a piece of tomato with the hamburger would have been nice

You must have a car though there is a goo local bus service into irun

They sell rooms with air conditioner but the airco does not work in the 3rd floor and it is known. The airco didn't work in our room and we had to sleep in a single room with two people Nd the dog. Breakfast was also very poor. I will not come back to this hotel.

Staff were very helpful with directions. Small play area for kids. External facade was very beautiful. Nearness to a lot of towns and mountainside. The town centre is very near and has a lot of stuff to do. Not far from coast.

The interiors are worn, the color dull. The Air conditioning was not working and a staff had to get us a portable fan that was more noise than air. Can't open windows due to noise from traffic. No swimming pool.

Very nice rooms. Good value for money. Good access to motorway.

You need the car for anything. Nothing nearby. Too confusing locating the hotel.

Its location and surroundings are very pleasant and the hotel is very clean and confortable. We would go back.

A nice hotel with friendly stuff and delicious food. Parking and wifi are free.

Located a bit far from city center.

It was lovely Drinks and food excellent value. If you did not want a big breakfast you could have it at the cafeteria. Staff friendly and welcomng . Would return.

Only 2 negatives -Cafeteria - sometimes a long wait and a tray for carryng your food would help. - 2 very busy and noisy roads near-could not open windows at night

Bien que placé à côté d'une route avec circulation l'endroit est très calme. le parking adjacent très pratique. Le confort de la literie remarqué.

Excellent hotel peut être faudrait t il mettre un peu plus de "France" dans les chambres(dépliants et chaîne de télévisons).

Hotel très bien équipé (nous avions une baignoire jacuzzi pour 4 personnes), très confortable et calme. Situé à 10 mn de San Sebastian.
