Location, it was close to a Metro station which takes you straight to the AVE (high speed train) station. The room was also relatively big. The rooms were old. They were poorly equipped, no mini-bar/fridge, single power socket for the whole room. Locks for the safe, balcony door and bathroom were also fragile and pretty much didn't work. The 4* badge the hotel wears is deceptive.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Clean and well lighted bathroom. Onsite parking. Not far from city centre - 20 minutes' walk. Wi-Fi access. No postal service available for tourists. Breakfast was OK but the coffee was from a machine and was horrible - this is very unusual for Spain! Safe in room was broken. Could not get ice from room service for a drink in our room. Should have wi-fi access in rooms, not just common area. Mini bar was room service, not a fridge in room. Staff were unable to advise on the cost of international calls, or the surcharge the hotel would make on these calls. Reception staff were friendly but not very helpful. Airconditioning wasn't cool enough most of the time, though it was 34C outside.

Very good location - 15 min walk to the downtown, a huge shopping center right around the corner. The Hotel faces the riverbed of Turia where nowadays is a beautiful park. We didn't have included breakfasts at the hotel cause were not sure about the variety of food at continental breakfast, but had a few times breakfast at the cafe in front of the entrance to the hotel. Delicious croissants with chocolate filling. Hotel is rather not that modern, a bit outdated, but there are all the necessary things. It seems like in past it was a gorgeous hotel. Good price for good quality

Nice and clean hotel near to metro station and shopping mall. In the mornings the gentlemen at the reception was nice to us but in the evenings the reception staff was rather rude, and same with the staff in breakfast hall. They could behave better than they did.

The price and the fact that it was 70's stylesh. Really 70's => since the 70's this hotel has not changed. Everything is breaking down - everything is old, including the furniture. It need capital repairing.

Very nice, clean hotel. Location was nice too, 15mins from city center. There is huge shopping center across the street. Parking is available but expensive, you can park in street but that is also chargeable. Price was good and quality was very good for that money.

The location was brilliant overlooking the Turia Park and the view from the 9th floor over the city during the Fallas Festival was fantastic. The room was very comfortable - beds big and very comfy - bathroom was huge with plenty of big towels. Would stay in this hotel again. The reception staff were very laid back. There was about 6 people in the queue to check in and out when I arrived and it took approximately 30 - 40 minutes to get to me.

The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip, viewing the city and the Fallas. The Hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Room was well sound proofed. Car parking was excellent The communal areas were a little gloomy and austere, unlike the rooms which were bright, fresh and inviting.

The hotel is very well located right next to the Metro underground. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff polite and friendly. I loved the view of the balcony partly overlooking the Turia. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and spacious. The plug of the basin in the bathroom was not working properly so that it was totally impossible to fill the wash basin with any water. The end result is that water is wasted. The long carpet in the corridor was in a complete mess after trundling my wheeled case over it !!! It just needs to be firmly fixed to the floor so that it does not crease at all !! I got the impression that the bar cafeteria on the ground floor seemed to be under utilized. With a little imagination and minimum expense the area could be considerably improved. I suggest that the Turia management visit the Expo Hotel just round the corner and see what can be done.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location---Near the metro and lots of restaurants and shopping options. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room walls were not soundproof and the TV in the next room could be heard in our room.

We went to visit and support our friend whose wife also our friend was in intensive care at the hospital there. We chose the Turia because of its location ie near to bus station etc and found this to be an excellent choice for our purpose. We left our car in the hotel car park and used public transport several times. The reception staff were very helpful with directions etc. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities so cannot comment on restaurant etc, but all in all good value for money.

A double room (incl/ a bathroom) has lot of space for two or even more persons, good furnished, very good and convenient location - in the very proximity of trading mall (Il Cortes Ingles), bus station is a next building to the hotel, metro station Turia is just 3 minutes to reach. In front of the hotel lies a city garden and historical centre is just in 10-15 minutes by foot (across the bridge over the garden). Is a bit out of date, lots f marble (artificial?), but anyway the rooms indeed and the whole hotel are in a good condition.

The personnel was very nice, they helped us to find a flamenco show in town and looked on the Internet for 15 min only for us, they helped us when we needed ( though, they don't speak very good english so learn spanish) . The room was nice, big double bed, clean, big bathroom, nice view on the park and no noise. The breakfast in the morning is expensive (6€) but good ! The location is perfect, next to the park, next to the bus station ( bus 95 is the best one) and next to lign 1 of subway ! In 20 min by foot you're in town. Next to the hotel there are shops ( corte ingles) and restaurants. Nothing in particular ; Everything was ok !
