Spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Clean and well lighted bathroom. Onsite parking. Not far from city centre - 20 minutes' walk. Wi-Fi access. No postal service available for tourists. Breakfast was OK but the coffee was from a machine and was horrible - this is very unusual for Spain! Safe in room was broken. Could not get ice from room service for a drink in our room. Should have wi-fi access in rooms, not just common area. Mini bar was room service, not a fridge in room. Staff were unable to advise on the cost of international calls, or the surcharge the hotel would make on these calls. Reception staff were friendly but not very helpful. Airconditioning wasn't cool enough most of the time, though it was 34C outside.

location Mmmm ....... it was basic. 4*. ..........far from it. No coffe machine in the room. No refrigerator/mini bar in room. Business hotel ? I do not think so. one socket for laptop, phone charger, camera charger. Internet connection good...... but expensive (Swisscom) . generally is included. The hotel badly needs refurbishing and upgrading to be a 4* hotel.

The fact that you could walk to the historic centre within 15 minutes and that a shopping centre was right next door were the only 2 good things about the Hotel Turia. On arrival, our room had a broken bed and jammed wardrobe doors which we were unable to open. Also, a wall socket fell apart exposing live wires (which the receptionist just seemed to shrug off when I told her). Not sure if it was down to poor attitude or just the fact that most of the staff seemed to really struggle with understanding/speaking English. (I'll be intrigued to see if they can now remember the language and respond fully to my criticism!!!) Finally, they exchanged currency, as long as it wasn't Pounds Sterling. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I liked the fact that Hotel Turia has an underground private car park for guests and it is integrated into the hotel's basement and convenient to get to your car and well ventilated. Also being able to get a continental breakfast if you want was quite useful for our party. I liked the marble facade of the building especially on the inside. The bedrooms were spacious, the bathroom was well equipped with the choice of a bath or shower available.

Good location I totally don't understand that this hotel is a 4-star hotel. Airco not functionning well; unconfortable matrasses; bathroom smells like cigarettes; staff not really helpfull with (basic) touristic information. To me this is more like a 3- or even 2-star hotel !!

Reasonably conveniently located for the underground and the airport. Taxi stand around the corner. Surly non-English-speaking reception staff; paper-thin bedroom walls and doors; basic room standard with shabby furniture and tatty bathroom decor; graspingly priced, mediocre-quality internet connection; paltry breakfast buffet, again graspingly priced. Located next to noisy polluted thoroughfare, overlooking one of the delivery bays and an insalubrious-looking piece of wasteland at the back of at the back of local shopping mall. On the whole a depressing and grubby experience.

We went to visit and support our friend whose wife also our friend was in intensive care at the hospital there. We chose the Turia because of its location ie near to bus station etc and found this to be an excellent choice for our purpose. We left our car in the hotel car park and used public transport several times. The reception staff were very helpful with directions etc. We didn't use any of the hotel facilities so cannot comment on restaurant etc, but all in all good value for money.

A double room (incl/ a bathroom) has lot of space for two or even more persons, good furnished, very good and convenient location - in the very proximity of trading mall (Il Cortes Ingles), bus station is a next building to the hotel, metro station Turia is just 3 minutes to reach. In front of the hotel lies a city garden and historical centre is just in 10-15 minutes by foot (across the bridge over the garden). Is a bit out of date, lots f marble (artificial?), but anyway the rooms indeed and the whole hotel are in a good condition.

Location is next to a metro station, shopping centre and bus station as well as just across the riverbed of Turia, close to ivam museum. The rooms are spacy, it was quiet, beds were made every day. It is a 4 star hotel but I think it needs some renovation. Everything was ok but you can see it is old. Beds are first in line to be changed, ours was quite used, with a hole down the middle. Sleeping wasn't as comfortable anymore as it could be.

The personnel was very nice, they helped us to find a flamenco show in town and looked on the Internet for 15 min only for us, they helped us when we needed ( though, they don't speak very good english so learn spanish) . The room was nice, big double bed, clean, big bathroom, nice view on the park and no noise. The breakfast in the morning is expensive (6€) but good ! The location is perfect, next to the park, next to the bus station ( bus 95 is the best one) and next to lign 1 of subway ! In 20 min by foot you're in town. Next to the hotel there are shops ( corte ingles) and restaurants. Nothing in particular ; Everything was ok !

Hotel Turia in a convenient location next to the Jardin del Turia, a few steps from the subway station and bus station. The hotel has comfortable, large, clean rooms. The hotel has a very very very bad noise isolation. We were unlucky in the room above us lived a girl who walked at night in high heels. It was unbearable, every step, every knock is heard in our room. It is very unfortunate that we did not see the smiles on the faces of staff.
