Amplasament in vecinatatea imediata a autogarii si a statiei de metrou. Accesibilitate foarte buna spre zona istorica a orasului. Personal amabil si competent.

Room was a good size and clean

Breakfast was not very exciting

Little maintenance makes greate outcome in comfort inside the room.

good location, 15 minute walk into old part of the city and adjacent to the old river bed which is good for walking.

Large bedrooms with balcony. Friendly staff. Easy access to public transport. Quiet lounge with comfortable seating.

Gloomy corridors and reception area.

Hotel has a good location, near a undergroud station and very closed to the old town. The Hotel is old fashioned, very clean and has a good relationship quality/price.

The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was excellent. Location of hotel has easy access to city centre. The single beds of the twin room were comfortable.

The double bed was uncomfortable since the mattress was worn out .

Not a 4 stars hotel, in desperate need of a complete renewal, every single service has to be paid extra

Close to the underground station and to a large shopping mall

- The first night we were given an extremely noisy room: We had noise from outside (it was facing the main road with traffic all night) and from inside (water in the pipes felt like having a waterfall within the room; cleaning employees making a lot of noise since early morning). We both woke up due to the noise several times during the night. - The remaining two nights we were given a room not facing the main road and with less noise coming from the pipes. - All the nights the matresses were very very old (we could feel the springs) and extremely uncomfortable. - Both rooms were not clean enough (gum stains on the bedspreads, dust on the bedsite lamps, etc). What you get does definitely not correspond to a 4 stars hotel!

Clean spacious rooms

A very noisy hotel with people coming and going at all hours. Avoid the breakfast at all costs it is absolutely dire and very poor value.

A group of dodgy people hanging around on the corner was really offputting. They seem like they were there every day

No wifi, one has to go to the nearby McDonalds.

We love the Turia Hotel because its a classic traditional Spanish hotel tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for all the facilities Valencia has to offer.

The parking fee on top of the daily rate. It could do with free wifi throughout because it is nearly essential when travelling abroad.

Good location, clean, safe

The hotel is signed with 4 stars but in fact it is 3 stars hotel. Poor *** hotel. I can't complain about anything, just comparing with other 4* and 3* hotels in Spain. Don't buy the breakfast, we tryed it once and it is NOT worth the money. Theu just give you white bread, slim slicec of ham and cheese, quite dry because they leave it there lying for hours; ham; jogurt and musli, croissant and really awfull coffe. No fruit. Just few meters far from the hotel there is a shopping center and for the money you spend for breakfast in the hotel you can eat in the shop.center as a king!

Location next to the bus station as I arrived in the early hours was good. Friendly staff and a large room with balcony was a bonus.

Most of the reception staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is very conveniently situated for getting public transport to the race circuit and the all day parking charge was reasonable.

We wanted to book an extra night but were told, by the reception manager, we couldn't have the same room. After packing our cases, the following morning, we were told by a different receptionist that there was no reason we couldn't have the same room (and it was promptly allocated, at an even cheaper price than quoted). Why put us through the inconvenience of packing and unpacking?

The bed in the room was very hard but the bed linen was even worse,washed maybe one hundred times (not white) and smelt of washing powder. The safe existed but...without any lock (broken) Wifi only in the lobby, not in the room. BUT the worst thing about this hotel was that you can hear absolutely everything...all the sounds in the neighbouring rooms,corridor and the lift. No English channels on TV.

I didn't like the overall atmosphere in the hotel - dark, dull and uninviting. The beds were very much beyond their useful lifespan. Towels were old and grey. The breakfast was appaling - cold meats tasted as if they were well out of date, no breakfast rolls. The only breads were white sliced and the toaster did not work properly. Overall the hotel had no ambience whatsoever and felt like one that really should be a backpackers hostel. I simply cannot understand how this hotel has a 4 star rating. Has it been inspected recently?
