Ulises Hotel    

Excellent location in pedestrian mall in centre of city. Nice clean room overlooking a square in front of the hotel.

Reception lady was very unhelpful and abrupt at checkin. Misled us when questioned re breakfast being included, such that we missed a breakfast actually included in our room rate.

Great location in a very nice city. Our balcony had a view of Gibraltar which we really enjoyed since we had beautiful weather.

Need more tourist information and an English speaking staff member.

Located in city centre and close to the ferry terminal.

Main issue is no car park, local car park is 5miute walk away. Not possible to drive up to the hotel so if you have heavy bags this may be problem. Other issue was the twin beds so long / narrow room that it was difficult to walk around them.

very clean, big space , nice view to the sea..we stay in a triple room and one of the bed was like a separate room, with own TV..we enjoy it..breakfast was very simple but enough for what we needed..

Centrally located, clean and modern rooms, helpful staff

Wasn't sure if error of booking.com or error of Ulises hotel, but they were not aware of our special request that we made, i.e. it was our 10th wedding anniversary and I wanted to know if they could do something special for us. In the end, although they hadn't received the request, they provided a bottle of champagne and some sweets, which was kindly received.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pool was closed and website didn't mention that. No water the first night. No patio furniture- terrace was nice but nowhere to sit.

The location and the sympathy of the staff

It is centrally located. Walking distance to shops and most interest points in Ceuta. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are spacious, linen and towels are clean.

No Internet available in the bedrooms. We couldn't even get it to work in the lobby with the help of the staff. It only worked fine in the first floor, which was really bad, as our room was in the 8th floor. Poor breakfast, almost no fruit (paid 5€/person/day). The pool is small and the space around it isn't welcoming and has no green area. Lots of noise from other rooms (families with small children). The tub is too old and the bathroom has no ventilation. The elevators are too small for a guest and it's luggage! It is a nice hotel, price is fair, but didn't seam to be at the level of a 4*.

Great views from the room (8th floor) overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The third bed did not benefit from the air conditioning, due to it being in a separate part of the room, so my daughter became too hot during the night and could not sleep.

Good comfortable rooms. Location good.

Price a litte expensive but it had more star quality than we had had in previous hotels on trip. We werent given the option of paying cash like we were in other hotels...they had already debited our card when we got there but there was a no refund policy I guess.

Location, was excellent, staff were very helpful, it was so comfortable we over slept and missed breakfast.

Chambre spacieuse au design élégante,bien équipée.Situation centrale et parking sous terrain à 50 mètres.

Salle de petit déjeuner style salle de banquet qui manque un peu de chaleur et décalée par rapport au reste de l'hôtel.
