Good location, clean comfortable, nice terrace for byo breakfast.
Would be nice if they served some breakfast on the terrace.
Daria on reception gave us a warm welcome and suggested where we should visit on our one day trip, she was fantastic. Our room was very clean and basic, which was absolutely fine for us. The bathroom was large considering we had a small room and the shower was good. We didn't mind the window facing into the courtyard and loved the little roof terrace.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, everytime my boyfriend moved I felt it. I think it was just an old mattress but we still loved the hotel!
The staff in reception couldn't do more to make our stay a perfect one. The roof terrace is lovely, well-furnished and a real sun trap. The hotel is not in Barrio Santa Cruz but is still ideally located for the Cathedral and Alameda Hercules for nightlife.
Not the hotel's fault but we booked a room with a 'balcony' and the balcony isn't big enough to sit out on, and this was a slight disappointment. Not a big problem as the roof terrace is fantastic.
The location, the place was very clean and the superior double room was normal size
I'm happy we didn't take the economy room or the standard double, we saw them and they were extremelly tiny. A big suitcase would not fit. The location is good to walk but cars cannot get close to the hotel, would not recomend if you have a lot of lugagge. We also found a huge cockroach on the stairs to the room which put me off quite a lot...
We loved it here and couldn't have asked for a better place to end our two week trip around Andalucia. Bright and beautiful surroundings both inside and outside our room. The terrace is an added bonus, especially for the money (we paid a lot more for a lot less in other hostals during our trip). Friendly helpful staff on site at all hours.
having to leave and go home!
The location was great and the staff were friendly & helpful but the room had no window (only onto the interior patio) and the shower was poor.
The location was great and the staff very helpful and nice.
Very, very basic. Be aware that most rooms have no external windows, the windows give to the reception/common area and therefore you may find yourself overexposed. Do not recommend this place for a romantic holiday.
We only stayed overnight and the staff were extremely helpful in terms of explaining where to visit, what traditional restaurant to try and how to get the bus the next day.
The room was very small for 2 people.
Good location. Nice staff. Beautiful decoration.
very central to everything. staff helpfull when needed. organised our parking at a cheaper rate for us, and booked us into a great flamenco show.
The location is just in the city center and very close to the airport shuttle bus stop. Hotel terrace is a nice place to have a breakfest there.
elevator was not good. Cannot use often
The best place I've ever stayed at (for the price paid). It is plain and simply amazing.
Helpfull staff and good location
The location was quiet and very accessible to the city.
The only complaint we had was that we had no help at all getting a taxi to the airport. The reception told us they would order the taxi and have it ready for us, but when the taxi didn't show up, they told us that we should go to the taxi stand down the street and get one ourselves. It took a while to get one and we almost missed our flight. You should not promise to assist your customers in that regard if you can't deliver.
Great value for money
Small rooms, very difficult to find hotel
Perfect location, although finding it in a rental car would be a challenge - we were in a taxi. No breakfast facility but brilliant cafe less than a minute away. If we visit Seville again we'll come here.
Nothing not to like.
Very clean, comfortable beds
There were two locations, and I thought I had books the one closer to the university, and it ended up being all the way by plaza de armas. I don't know if this was my mistake or if we were extra and moved. The shower did not work well, and the toilet dripped.
Close to city center and train.
Nice room, nice staff, good choice!
Wifi is not very functional in the room.
Great location . Very friendly & helpful staff help you get anywhere nothing is a problem. They also speak very good English.rooms always very clean. We have returned 3x to this Hotel!
Nothing. Hotel is awesome!
Spacious rooms, dog friendly, comfortable beds. In a location we particularly like. Friendly staff.
Could say that I had any negatives. Would definitely return.
Cosy room, despite a rather small size; very comfortable for a short 1-3 day stay. High-speed Wi-Fi. Warm room, which was important in December. Cheap underground parking nearby.
Uniqueness of the hotel
Small room, not have enough dim lights
Nice hotel for the price! The room is big and clean! The staff were very helpful - not only recommended me a nearby white village and also helped me to find the transportation info!
The window faces the hallway which is a bit odd
