I liked the location. Design and decor was nice. We liked the roof top terrace as room was to small to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Room was too small.

The rooftop terrace is beautiful and gives a lovely view over the rooftops of the Barrio to the cathedral. Perfect spot for an evening drink before heading out for Tapas. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable and well catered for.

Location excellent- walking distance of the major sights - and walkable from the location where the airport bus dropped us off Roof terrace patio nice to relax on - though lack of parasols would be a problem in the summer Our room , 7, was incredibly small - the bed was against the wall - difficult to get in and out of. Best describe the room as basic - would suit backpackers who want to rough it ! not up to the standard we expect - as not particularly cheap - paid around 80 euros . Free coffee in reception area - but they only had 4 cups - have to get up early to get one! We wanted a bottle of wine - they didnt have one - but said we could bring out wine bought outside - we asked for wine glasses - they had total of 4 - of 3 different styles - they could do much better than this

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpfull. Unfortunately, the accomodation wasn't up to speed at all, there was only one cupboard in which to hang about six items, no drawers at all, no tea or coffee making facilities and no window. Also the rooms are far too small, I would hate to visit in the summer time. It's a shame as my brother and sister -in-law live there and would have been real handy to stay, but unfortunately we won't be. Your rooms would best be used as single rooms only. regards Mr. J.M.Foreman

location is excellent The rooms at the first floor are very noisy since you are right next to the reception. Our bathroom, in room number three smelled horribly.

The hotel was welcoming and a nice touch have coffee every morning. It was very expensive for a 2 star hotel. I wasn sure about the cleanliness of the bed linen as there was glitter over the duvet cover and it didn't look particularly clean. the wardrobe space was completely inadequate. The towels were grey and the phone was not connected. this is probably par for a 2 star but it was £95 per night.

Loved the Location. Down a little side street but right near all the main sights in Sevilla. Restaurants/cafes nearby and delicious bakery. Staff extremely friendly! Clean room and bathroom. Nicely decorated room and whole hotel for a good price as well, considering its central location. Only thing I would say I was disappointed in was half of the rooms are built into the back of the house so have no outside window. Other rooms with outside facing windows cost a little extra. But wasn't a huge issue if you are out and about all day.

It is situated in the excellent location - you don't need any transport to visit the old town! For the price paid it is much more than we were expecting. And as we were traveling during the Christmas time, I would suggest to stay in this area for everybody. Thanks! It would be nice to have at least a small toast for breakfast as for the moment only a cup of coffee is provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near the heart of Seville and a short walk to a nearby public parking garage. The roof patio was nice. We stayed in one of the the roof terrace rooms whose only window was on the shared patio space. This was not a problem for us as the next door room was not occupied and not one else used the roof terrace. Not sure if this is a typical problem, but sewer smells from either the hotel or nearby buildings was unavoidable. Not as updated or clean as appeared in the photos.

It's a little hostel in the heart of Sevilla. It has a very good position and kind staff.Rooms are little but kind with tv, air conditioned and frigo bar. Unfortunately our room had only a little window toward the "Patio" so the room was quite hot in the night. The Hostel had a beautiful flat roof where you can sit and watch the outlook. The only fault was that the room was not very clean but acceptable

Convenience of location to Main Tourist areas Our initial dismay at the size of the Double Room (#2) on ground floor next to the reception. It was 9ft x 8ft6in with a small "window" that opened onto the reception and what was probably the smallest wall mounted tv screen in the world. We stayed in that room for one night and moved up to the 2nd floor into a more expensive room and more liveable for the next two nights. The owner was not available to talk to as he was reportedly traveling. However the staff were very helpful.

Charming small hotel in a great location, not luxury but very pleasant and has everything you could need for a short break in this beautiful city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Try the La Sal restaurant right opposite the hotel - great food!

The cleanliness and simple style and ideal location. Good value for money. Generally I loved the hotel and It is a good idea to have coffee available in the mornings for guests but unfortuneatley it was almost cold at 8.00am and far too strong (& I like strong coffee!) One morning the milk had gone off.

The staff were friendly, and it has a good location. Roof terrace is lovely in the afternoons, pretty flowers. New bathroom. The bed was really bad and the room had fluorescent lighting which was a bit depressing.

Lovely and very cosy hotel, just around the corner of the historical centre, shops and bars. Excellent value for money. Triple room is located on the ground floor, which can be a bit noisy as the streets of Old Town are next to your window.

Lovely terrace air con central quaint location with great restaurants nearby Our friends were given a room without a window. Two of our three bedrooms were on the ground floor near reception. One was between two toilets. Our bed in room 4 was very soft.

Nice housekeeper, and reception people. Nice terrace. Great location once we found it. Quite comfortable with some arts & vegetative touches. It would have been good to have good detailed instructions about options & locations for parking our car, and about how to find the hotel.
