Room was too small and poorly furnished for two people.

Nice furniture, clean, nice bathroom

Be careful, if you like to have rooms with a window to the outside. Half of the rooms only have a very small windows to the patio. Quite expensive during semana santa.

Very clean and in an excellent location. Staff friendly and helpfull.

We were offered a nice room above the main entrance, lovely big room with a great window overlooking a narrow street. The hotel is in Seville's old town so we recommend staying in the hotel. It is also located 20 minute walk from the Santa Justa where your airport bus will take you.

Good location, quiet & clean. It was a good value during Holy Week, when Seville's prices are highest. Free WIFI! Most if not all the staff spoke English. The roof top patio is lovely. Free morning coffee.

Our room was small and cramped. The safe was on the floor of the closet. There wasn't much space between it and the bed, which made getting things in/out a bit tough.

The staff was very nice, the location was superb, the roof-top patio quite pleasant, and the price was a bargain.

The room was quite small and spare, but that wasn't really the problem. The hotel was quite noisy. Also, when we entered the room, it smelled very musty (and this was in March and it was chilly). The room was only ventilated by windows opening out to the courtyard -- which needed to be closed and locked when we were not in the room.

The location was excellent right in the center of the beautiful old city.

The description of the room didn't correspond: there was no private terrace for the room. There was also a problem with the hot water: to cold to have a confortable shower.

The location: everything was just so close I could get there in five minutes.

The location for sightseeing in the old city was perfect. We were able to walk to the sights as well as to and from the bus and train stations. The room was small but sufficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the ground floor and opened into the lobby which would not be a problem except that the only window opened into the lobby also so no fresh air or natural light. Also the room had an extremely strong odor of sewage, making our stay almost unbearable. We couldn't wait to leave because of the odor. It appeared that the rooms on the upper floors had windows and/or balconies that opened to the street. Don't know if they had odor or not.

We have a property in chipiona and fly into seville always one night at this hotel its a little gem clean, friendly and modestly priced the view from the rooftop garden is spectacular alovely welcome to spain

The free coffee in the morning if this is to be offered as a perk then it needs to be done more enthusiastically it would make a difference

Charming location in old district , close to restaurants and sights. Clean room. Lovely roof garden.

No English tv. The safe was hard to work. Pricey fee for a small place.

When we booked in we were allocated a very small room with no outside windows,it measured about 4.5mts by 2.5 mts appx., this included the shower,toilet area and wardrobe areas.This room was also not as booked as there was no minibar and we were told that the other items like kettle were available but there was no place to put them as there wes no table or bedside cabinets. The double bed was up against the wall at one side so it would have been very difficult to get out in the night without waking the other person.There was 2 x 1 ft square shelves one with a telephone on it and one other shelf about 2 and a hald feet by 8 inches deep. there was one chair in the room so only one person could sit,there was not any room for another one. After complaining we were given another much better room that included the minibar but only for two nights and at an increased rate(5 euros per night extra). When checking out I explicitly asked to pay in euros with my credit card and was assured that this would be so but when receiving my card satement I find that the amount was in pounds sterling.The whole stay at this hotel was unsatisfactory and apart from this payment problem the staff were quite helpful.

Cute little hotel in perfect location for few days in Seville. Front desk staff very obliging and helpful. LOCATION is great for lots of tapas bars,fantastic restaurants,flamenco show at Plaza Santa Cruz, and of course right near Cathedral and Alcazar.

Rooms small. No hot water in am for some reason. Unable to open window because looks straight into neighbours living area...plus noise factor of restaurants directly below. However, didn't matter because you don't spend much time in room,I suppose.

Wonderful little hotel, impeccably clean and so-well run! Great location in the Santa Cruz neighborhood-- walk out your door and find cafes/restaurants; wander the streets and you'll find great shops and local cultural spots!

Perfect place and very cheap.

Fresh clean cool air conditioned rooms. Paintings and plants. Very central in Barrio area for all main sightseeing venues and restaurants.

Thin walls of bedroom - could hear people in room 12a next door. Also my daughters stayed in room 9 and were kept awake by lot of noise from street below. Free breakfast coffee was pretty rank.

This hotel is located in the middle of the winding narrow streets of the "old town" area of Seville near the cathedral, which was both convenient and fun to go back and forth from. There are too many tapas bars in the vicinity to count, and plenty of places to get out of the heat. There are plenty of signs to help you find it from different directions. Very lovely.

The rooftop terrace is promoted highly in the write up of the hotel, but there was no service there except buying drinks at the reception area and bringing them up yourself, no matches to light the few candles there were at night, and the view of the lighted buildings was not as exceptional as expected. However, we enjoyed eating breakfast there!
