Roof-top cafe bar open all day and until late for coffees and drinks and always free tapas served with your drink.
Quite a lot of internal noise, but this is common-place with marble interiors such as this hotel. The sounds of people in the corridor, closing doors, and the noise of the lift echoes throughout the hotel; but it does get quiet for the early hours, fortunately!
Friendly staff Located fairly close to attractions
The matress was really bad and we had a poor sleep quality.
Location; very friendly, helpful staff
Bar was a bit noisy and breakfast service not too fast
The location was great, bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Wifi was terrible, you couldn't load anything from the rooms. Doors and walls were not sound proof. It was very noisy as our room was near the stairs.
excellent location in the city center where many shops and restaurants (burger king is only 200 meters), as well as a supermarket near by. Halal restaurants are also near by. The bus to airport stop near by (5 minutes walk). Staff were very friendly storing our luggage for free and showing us the direction of shops, restaurants and transport.
Easy to access local bars/restaurants/sights, single rooms were a good size, staff were friendly and helpful
Biggest problem was driving to hotel as it is in a street that says buses and taxis only and penalties for any cars that enter. No choice but to enter and found out hotel guests can use this road. Should make this clear on their website.
Location, car parking, clean nice design
Sound insulation between the room and corridor or neighbor room is very bad. Also be carful when extending your stay, the reception doubled the room price.
We liked this hotel which has great location with private parking garage. Staff was helpful, and they allowed us to leave our car for a couple of hours in the garage after check-out.
Walking distance to main attractions, Alhambra 15-20 minutes walk, all from the city center.
The hotel's downtown location provided convenient access to tourist sites such as the Alhambra.
The room needed refurbishing. It would also be better if there were shower curtains so that water would not splash out that easily, wetting the bathroom floor. The glass pane did not work well.
Their customer service was not accomodating and hospitable. Also can't communicate well in English.
Hotel is central rooms are clean and very well kept
We had a room at back of hotel which looked out on to a back courtyard very noisey and for some reason we heard every noise in hotel slamming of doors other guests ect we didn't sleep very well at all .
The downtown location meant it was easy to walk to the main attractions such as the Alhambra.
There was a glass panel in place of a shower curtain in the bathroom. It did not keep water out very effectively, causing the bathroom floor to be wet after a shower.
Good location, good value
Slow wi fi.
In walking distance to the center, clean, parking on the other side of the road (15€ per 24h).
First we ordered a queensize bed and they only provided us with two seperate beds which is annoying if you travel as a cuple. Even after asking they couldn't change our room. Then the toilet kept running the whole time which was disturbing. Luckily our room in the 4th floor had the windows to the attrium and not to the street nevertheless it was so noisy. You can litterally hear everything: steps of other guests on the floor, doors of the elevator, cleaning staff moving the furnitor and every closing of any door in the building.
Happy hour Mojhitos at 3 euros Car parking very close Friendly helpful staff
Bath too small and very difficult to get in and out. Would be safer with a shower cubicle.
Silence of room despite it being by the busy road Breakfast on the roof terrace Comfortable beds
Broken or missing WC seat
Rooms were not clean, there were hair on the bad.
Absolutely brilliant hostel - great staff, beautiful modern facilities and an amazing breakfast! Not exactly a party hostel but a fantastic place to relax.
Location close to city centre. Air conditioning worked well. Parking directly across the road from the hotel which was ideal. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Room a bit on the small side especially the bathroom which was quite tight to enter and exit the shower.
Location, centre of shopping, close to bus to Alhambra, large newly renovated rooms, rooftop cafe.
Hotel was centrally located. Rooms were comfortable and soundproof. Very good rooftop cafe with view to the Alhambra and surrounding Sierra Nevada. Great value!
Tiny bathroom and bed.
Location was great Lobby impressive
Parking was not cheap and we were given a spot that was impossible to locate and at the lowest level below ground in a very dark garage. Café on 6th floor shares an elevator with the hotel. Avoid room 607, guests should not be subjected to that room as it is just beside the elevator and on a Friday night there were loud voices and even one screaming patron. This went on until 4 a.m. No sleep was possible as noise carried through walls. Cleaning staff just entered our room without knocking at about 10 a.m.
Family room has two separate bedrooms which was great for us with 2 kids. Meant everyone got great sleep. A big plus here was the breakfast on the roof top cafe. We didn't have it included but great value for money. Cost us about €15 for 4 and it was tasty and plentiful. Had it every morning. Location and parking excellent and staff very helpful.
Nothing much not to like here. If I had to moan maybe the fact that the family room had the room with the TV furthest from the main door which for us meant we had to sleep in the room nearest the front door as we couldn't take the risk of one of the kids wandering in the middle of the night and therefore no TV for us ...... which could be a plus either ;)
