it is a little cold in the room, and for a double-bed suite, the water heater is a little small.
A little noisy in the street at night but this is normal for the area.
Apartment, so shared area for us to relax in. Location, close to our favourite parts of Granada. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nicely furnished.
staff doesn't speak english no blanket only sheets, I caught cold very low doorway in the bathroom, my husband hit his forehead when entering bathroom everywhere stairs and sharp angles inside the room (not safe for child) the staff didn't answer the phone when we called
friendly staff location nearby alhambra and city center the design of the room like lodge with wood and stones and large windows There was normal kettle for making tea nice wi-fi signal
Getting there was impossible until we decided to abandon our car in a central car-park and walk the last 600mts
Location close to Alhambra and City Centre was perfect
Perfect position for visiting Alhambra. Clean, modern and comfortable. Julio at the reception desk was very helpful. Thank you!!!
Very noise street; Although, it is not a hotel issue, but GPS refused to give the correct direction to the hotel; it always led through the old district (Albayzin)... so the car finally got stuck in a very narrow street, so that I had to drive back and up the hill.
excellent location in the old town; nice rooms and staff
TV Chanel's maybe an English? Lots of stairs but staff assisted with bags,
Location, close to the plaza and Allhambra.
wifi was weak
Excellent location for Granada's historical sites exploration. Close to restaurants and city center promenade Lovely under-the-roof apartment with all the necessary facilities
Hard to locate. Taxi couldn't find it. There is no name of the hotel anywhere to identify it. The door says 23 and is in a tiny alley way off the main road.
Location, fantastic staff.
We stayed there for 3 days and I only saw the staff once, when we arrived. It's not really an issue but I didn't like the fact that they only left us one roll of toilet paper for 3 persons... Then they charged the stay on my credit card and slip me the bill under the door. One piece of advice, I really don't care about it but beware that some clients may not want to pay in the credit card because they pay taxes, especially if they are not from european union. Just correct this little details, all the rest was great. If I ever return to Granada I will stay here again.
First of all I will give you the best advice you can have: If you drive don't put the address in the gps, they change a lot of signs and some streets now are just one way, etc. Just put in the gps "Plaza Nueva". You will drive the main street "Calle Reyes Catolicos" and when you enter the big square it's the first street on your right. Very easy to access if you do this. I was driving around like insane to find it... About the place, the flat is completely renovated, very clean, good rooms, good bathroom. There is a fridge (with a bag of ice inside for your use), a washing machine, stove and some kitchen utensils. The wifi works well in the living room, not so good in the rooms but that was not a problem. The location is just perfect to visit the Alhambra, just a few meters up the street and you are there. Across the road there is a "breakfast cafe" with good products and a decent price. For breakfast I suggest you to try "Cafe 4 gatos". Search for it because it's worth it. Overall a great stay and I higly recommend staying here.
courtesy of staff (they picked up us ..due to difficulty of finding accommodation and suggested a cheap parking), position close to Alhambra,
Not enough crockery, tea towels or toilet paper.
Noisy and hard to find, but this is in the middle of Granada so this was expected
You have to go up and down a few stairs to get to the toilet, so this room would not be great for anyone with mobility issues.
These little apartments are a great value. We were one the top level apartment was lovely, with a little kitchen, living room and terrace to eat on. The location was also amazing, a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra, as close as you can get without staying at one of the very expensive places in the compound. There is not always a staff person there but they are available by phone and are very helpful. They will help you find a parking space for around 10 E a day, but driving in Granada was a bit crazy and we wished we had forgone a rental car as we did not use it at all while we were there.
the situation is unicom and you can see all the wonderful sides of granada
Difficult to find. Taxi driver found closest Address, no one in neighborhood knew it (think it's called something else locally). Door is up a side ally with no sign. Once inside, great place.
Great price for a two bed apt. Facilities modern, wifi strong. Great location.
we were ok but if you have trouble walking probably not the best choice. Shower unit was damaged. Balcony could benefit from lighting. Very light room so if you have trouble sleeping it won't be easy
Location, design of room, welcome was good. Bed comfortable. Generally very good and we would stay again
loose tap in the kitchensink cold, difficult to get the bedrooms warm no small lamps in the sitting area no bottlescrew
the location and the small balconys
Bathroom was cold, balcony was not at all a balcony
