    Location, fantastic staff.

Hard to locate. Taxi couldn't find it. There is no name of the hotel anywhere to identify it. The door says 23 and is in a tiny alley way off the main road.

First of all I will give you the best advice you can have: If you drive don't put the address in the gps, they change a lot of signs and some streets now are just one way, etc. Just put in the gps "Plaza Nueva". You will drive the main street "Calle Reyes Catolicos" and when you enter the big square it's the first street on your right. Very easy to access if you do this. I was driving around like insane to find it... About the place, the flat is completely renovated, very clean, good rooms, good bathroom. There is a fridge (with a bag of ice inside for your use), a washing machine, stove and some kitchen utensils. The wifi works well in the living room, not so good in the rooms but that was not a problem. The location is just perfect to visit the Alhambra, just a few meters up the street and you are there. Across the road there is a "breakfast cafe" with good products and a decent price. For breakfast I suggest you to try "Cafe 4 gatos". Search for it because it's worth it. Overall a great stay and I higly recommend staying here.

We stayed there for 3 days and I only saw the staff once, when we arrived. It's not really an issue but I didn't like the fact that they only left us one roll of toilet paper for 3 persons... Then they charged the stay on my credit card and slip me the bill under the door. One piece of advice, I really don't care about it but beware that some clients may not want to pay in the credit card because they pay taxes, especially if they are not from european union. Just correct this little details, all the rest was great. If I ever return to Granada I will stay here again.

These little apartments are a great value. We were one the top level apartment was lovely, with a little kitchen, living room and terrace to eat on. The location was also amazing, a 20 minute walk from the Alhambra, as close as you can get without staying at one of the very expensive places in the compound. There is not always a staff person there but they are available by phone and are very helpful. They will help you find a parking space for around 10 E a day, but driving in Granada was a bit crazy and we wished we had forgone a rental car as we did not use it at all while we were there.

You have to go up and down a few stairs to get to the toilet, so this room would not be great for anyone with mobility issues.

Great price for a two bed apt. Facilities modern, wifi strong. Great location.

Difficult to find. Taxi driver found closest Address, no one in neighborhood knew it (think it's called something else locally). Door is up a side ally with no sign. Once inside, great place.

Location, design of room, welcome was good. Bed comfortable. Generally very good and we would stay again

we were ok but if you have trouble walking probably not the best choice. Shower unit was damaged. Balcony could benefit from lighting. Very light room so if you have trouble sleeping it won't be easy

Fantastic location to visit the Alhambra and the rest of Granada. The staff were great, especially Julio, having driven into the restricted zone we were concerned about a fine, but Julio immediately set our mind at ease and gave us some great tips on the Alhambra visit and where to eat, what to see, etc. will defiantly stay there again on our return

We liked very little. The location was very near the Alahambra. The staff were pleasant.

To be honest, there was very little to like in the Urban Suites, unless you are anxious to spend a night in a squat. The apartment in which we stayed was very grim and reminiscent of broke collage days. Decor seemed to have been limited to the contents of the nearest available skip. When we asked about parking we did not receive a response which added to the frustration of trying to locate an apartment which is not accessible by car or on google maps. Hot water in the shower lasted long enough to wet ones hair but conditioner had to be skipped given that it was icy after about 30 seconds. There was a serious lack of cooking utensils in the apartment so you'll have to stick to a pot-noodle for the full student experience.

Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He helped me carring my stuff, finding free and secure parking.Thank you again Rafael! The hotel is in old city and very close to Alhambra castle.

Finding the hotel with navigation is not Easy . You had better call hotel before you come to city.

Having had some dodgy hotels in Granada before, this was sooo good. The staff could not have been friendlier nor more helpful, carrying our luggage upstairs. Official check-in time is 15:30 but they called us on the day to ask whether we would like to arrive earlier, which we did. Spotlessly clean. Ideally placed, a short walk from the Alhambra and close to the Plaza Nueva. We walked there from the bus stop outside the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Wish I had found this before.

There was nothing to dislike, the single bedroom was a little small but, hey it was an entire appartment for just €70 a night.
