The hotel is located in the heart of the main attractions of Madrid... The Jr.Suit was well designed and comfortable...but the best thing about this hotel is the staff who were very friendly and nice... Would stay again in Urban GL if we ever back to Madrid... No Free wifi...

I got a room upgrade and the parking for the rented car was only 25 Euro/day (which is reasonable). It is a little bit noisy during the night, so try rooms on higher floors only.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding! They were friendly and helpful! Special greetings to Julia(reception) Exceptional terrific location! Incredible atmosphere New, very clean and charming! Small room Coffee was not good

- The most comfortable bed and pillow I have ever slept on!!! (and I have been in many 5 star hotels) - The suite has a unique design: glass bathroom walls, cosy living room area with nice (and comfy) leather couches and an armchair; great douche cabin and a bidet! I loved everything, it was design and still very comfy so you feel like at home. The rooms are full of art because underneath the hotel is an Egyptian museum. So every room is decorated with pieces of art: on the wall, as a furniture or statues. - Not so much natural light in the room. The windows do not look at the street but the inside patio of the hotel. It is a very original concept but you don't get much light in during the day.

Thye initial lady at reception, Clara was a delight to meet after you arrive in Madrid from a long flight. She wa extremely helpful and very pleasant. She pointed out numerous things to see in a few minutes and gave us a numbr of good recommendations for restaurants which all turned out to be great. On our last morning, the manager of the breakfast restaurant was extremely rude and agressive with us. He impacted our opinion of the entire stay at Urban.

I liked the location, decor, atmosphere, really helpful and professional staff. Cupboards in bedroom, very difficult to open without cutting your fingers, and really awful lighting by the bed to read by.

Fantastic service. It was our wedding anniversary and they kindly upgraded up to a suite and offered free champagne in the bar. Staff all had great english and were very helpful in recommending places to eat/ visit. Would stay here again definitely.

Excellent Madrid central location, and very friendly and helpful staff with attention to details. Pool area should be amazing in the summer. Poor internet connection/service - not up to a modern niche luxury hotel standard.

Very positive experience! Staff were great! We checked into three rooms as five men on a biz trip and asked for single beds. The receptionist took too long carrying out the checkin (passports, credit cards etc) bearing in mind we paid for all rooms and all extras in one name and one visa card. When we got to our rooms we had been checked into three rooms with double beds :( Bearing in mind I speak fluent spanish that was a basic error. The steam room is very poor, never reaching a decent temperature. There should be iphone players in the room so you can listen to background music. The ceiling veluxes didn't operate.

The design and quality of the hotel is excellent, so is the friendlynes of the staff. Breakfast was good, but could be included in the stiff price. Location is great, not in the busy noisy streets, just 5 minutes from almost everything. 26 euro in a taxi to the airport :) The hotel is mostly for couples and adults I would say, even if my 12 year old daughter enjoyed the luxuries design. Nice hotel! Wifi is not included, only 90 minutes on one device. This is out of date. 2 Ipads, 2 Iphones and a laptop.. The gym is a joke for a hotel with 5 stars and in this pricerange. 1-10 kg weights, an old and squicky bike, and a manuel elipse machine. With some fantasy you can still work out, but I expected much more.
