proximité de tout (musée, plaza mayor ...) / design type boutique hotel / excellent pdj/ petite piscine et bain de soleil agréables service de chambre qui s'est loupé 2 fois (chambre pas faite à 17h, service de nuit pas fait à 22h) / dommage pour un établissement au service irréprochable |

The hotel itself is in a great location and very trendy the suite was a waste of money as we never used the upstairs sitting room |

The Interior design was very nice, the roof terrace was amazing and the rooms were very cool! I would suggest the roof terrace would be better if the bar was smaller and there was more room around the pool- to make room for more sun loungers |

Location The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. The choice of room service was poor. Security in the room for a female traveler was poor - no peep hole & no chain on the door. The wooden floors made a good night's sleep impossible - you could hear voices & doors slamming in the corridor and people in the rooms on either side. |

You could not stay at a more hip/chic hotel in Madrid. the Glass bar downstairs is the place to be on weekends and the pool upstairs is a must to have a drink |

Een fantastisch hotel met zeer behulpzaam personeel, prachtige inrichting, misschien een beetje overdreven dat je 2 keer per dag schone handdoeken krijgt...centrale ligging in het centrum. enigszins gehorig en de prijzen op het dakterras 's avonds: 10 euro voor een cola light! (overdag zijn de prijzen normaler) |
