The address

The description of the department were wrong (only one bathroom - not two). The towels were dirty. The tap in the kitchen was out of order. There were no light at the toilet. The toilet could not flush.

The location is fantastic, and the terrasse is a great bonus.

Kitchen needs more equipment (scissors, salad bowl,...)

I thought the staff Top Apartments were really friendly. They let us store bags in their office. The apartnent had a great location near the Metro.

The concierge at the apartment tried to say we dropped a glass out the window. It wasn't us but he blamed us because we were tourists.

The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(. Very impressed with everything. Would definitely return to the urquinaona apartments. Location was excellent, for the metro and only a few minutes walk from the aerobus stop at plaza catalunya and las ramblas.

The building was undergoing renovations which we weren't aware of until arrival. Very dusty and rubble dropping when entering. Workmen everywhere but not over the weekend. Although this was a negative, we forgot all about it when we stepped into the luxurious apartment and closed the door.

Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful management.

The apartment is situated in the middle of everything, still very quiet. The apartment has a very high standard, good design and was very well cleaned. The staff was flexible and incredible service minded.

The location is excellent - it was so easy to use public transport to get to all of the sights. The accommodation is of a high standard and the staff very friendly and responsive.

Appartamento spazioso pulito dotato di tutti I confort, fermata metro (diagonal) a 10 metri comoda per raggiungere tutti I punti della città. Ci si può spostare anche a piedi

ottimo appartamento in pieno centro con fermata della metro sotto casa! luminoso e pulito, fornito di ogni comfort (ha perfino la piastra per i capelli e il fasciatoio per neonati!!!), molto silenzioso e arredato in stile moderno. perfetto!

Удачное расположение -близость к площади Каталонии и Рамбле.Пешком можно дойти до экскурсионных автобусов и мест шоппинга. Удобные аппартаменты для путешествия всей семьей-есть 3 спальни,зона гостиной и кухни.Все очень понравилось-для жизни есть все-посуда,техника. Рекомендую,все на уровне.

В подъезде идет ремонт,но нам это особо не мешало.

La situation au coeur de Barcelone à deux pas de la place de Catalogne. Beaucoup de commerces aux alentours. Le calme de l'appartement La disponibilité de l'équipe.

La propreté perfectible notamment la moquette dans la partie "coucher". L'équipement de la cuisine un peu sommaire. L'humidité dans l'appartement par jour de pluie.

appartamento molto ampio con tutti i servizi disponibili, staff molto disponibile e cordiale. posizione ottima a due passi dal centro città e con fermata della metro sotto casa.

Appartamento ampio, comodo, posizione strategica, arredato con gusto, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi come metro, negozi, ristoranti. Personale di riferimento molto disponibile.

Biancheria da bagno troppo vecchia, cattivo odore nel bagno (cieco)

Centrale locatie, op 2 minuten van de Placa de Catalunya; zeer verzorgd en net appartement; vanop de luchthaven gebeld en 20 minuten later stond een vriendelijke dame ons op te wachten; appartement met complete uitrusting; 10-tallen DVD's; snelle wifi; bed- en badkamerlinnen voorhanden; er was zelfs een Nespresso-machine met plenty cups voorradig

Met 5 personen mochten er iets meer bestek en borden aanwezig zijn.

Buena ubicación, limpio, coqueto , personal muy amable y por las noches silencioso , se descansa muy bien. Recomendable buena calidad precio.

Als wir vor dem Haupteingang standen, waren wir nicht sicher, ob wir die richtige Wahl getroffen hatten. Dies änderte sich jedoch als wir die Wohnung betraten. Da gibt es nur ein Wort dafür: "WOW". Die amerikanische Küche war der erste Blickfang. Schade, dass wir ausser dem Kühlschrank und der Kaffeemaschine nichts gebraucht haben! Das Apartment war top ausgestattet. Am Meisten schätzten wir die zwei Bäder, denn wenn man mit drei Jugendlichen reist, ist sicher immer eines besetzt. Die Terrasse war natürlich auch ein Highlight, ruhig, da sie auf den Innenhof hinaus ging. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Der Platz Catalunya war in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Für uns gibt es keine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mehr in Barcelona ausser das Urquinaona Apartment!!!

Fomos bem recebidas pela Maria, que nos explicou tudo ao pormenor sobre o apartamento e sobre Barcelona. Foi muito simpática e uma excelente guia. Parabéns Maria pelo teu trabalho. éRamos 5 pessoas adultas, da mesma família, 3 portugueses e 2 brasileiros e todos adoramos o apartamento, a sua estética e modernidade. A localização é excelente, fácil e rápido acesso aos meios de transporte, ao centro de Barcelona e também aos locais de diversão, restaurantes e monumentos. Também o sossego e a vista panorâmica do apartamento são pontos a realçar pela positiva. Aconselho e recomendo este apartamento a quem visitar Barcelona. Espero voltar a Barcelona e ao apartamento. excellente situation topologique pour visiter barcelone,appartement calme et spacieux, le seul inconvénient est la petitesse de la 3ieme chambre qui convient mieux à des enfants ; sinon accueil chaleureux et prestations trés correctes.

Bij binnenkomst blij verrast. Nog mooier als op de site. Alles compleet en enorm ruim. Wat erg fijn was, was dat er strandhanddoeken waren, vaatwasblokjes, ruim assortiment keukengerei en apparaten. Mooie wasmachine en droger, strijkspullen, fohn, noem het maar op. Mooie tv, snelle wifi. Heb je een baby, dan is alles er, van een badje tot aan een campingbed en verschoningstafelLift van het complex net nieuw, oude werd net gesloopt.Je stapt de deur uit en meteen een metrostation waarbij je overal terecht komt voor weinig. Supergoede ligging.

Geen fijne stoelen voor op het balkon. Dat was jammer want die stonden op één van de plaatjes wel.

Lo q me gusto fue la ubicacion y las instalaciones del lugar. Fue muy confortable xq tenia todo lo necesario. Era amplio, limpio y tranquilo.

A foglalás öt felnőtt személyre szólt,három hálószobás apartmanban.Egy kétszemélyes hálót kaptunk, és két egy személyes nagyon kicsi szobát.Használható fekhely is csak négy személyre állt rendelkezésre. Egy ember a földön aludt, a fal és a másik ágy közé szorítva .Nem a foglalásnak megfelelő apartmant kaptunk.
