This property had 2 large spacious bedrooms. The living room had a lovely balcony overlooking the residential square with a playground below. It was a 25 minute walk into the middle of San Sebastián town which we walked several times. It’s a very pretty walk either through the beautiful park or along the river. All tree lined. Along the walk are 2 local restaurants but the property itself is well serviced by grocery stores and lots of places to eat and drink, however we ate in the old town every day. The property had an iron, a washing machine, kettle, and everything we needed. The sofa is a bit too large for,the size of the living room,,and the huge sideboard which holds the tv is unnecessary. Just a “tip” to make the living area look and feel better. The en suite shower/bathroom in the main bedroom was fantastic. Lots and lots of cupboard and storage space.

The apartment has a terrace with two orientations equipped with a table and chairs to comfortably enjoy the views of the quiet garden square. Neighborhood info

It is located in the Riberas de Loiola neighborhood, between the Amara Berri and Loiola neighborhoods, along the Urumea river that divides San Sebastián. Young, fresh and modern are the three adjectives that describe one of the newest residential areas of the city. Located on the banks of the Urumea River, it is protected by one of the most modern architectures in the city. The Parish of the Iesu. The proximity to the center and the entrance of the city, make this area the ideal place to stay. You can enjoy the tranquility of a neighborhood a few meters from the city center. After visiting Riberas de Loiola, return to the city center along the promenade next to the Urumea. The trees that wrap all the way to the sea and the Parisian style of the surrounding buildings, with their landscaped courtyards, make this place one of the most pleasant for walking or sports. Along the way, enjoy the architectural style of the 6 bridges. Some more modern and others more classic, but each with its own character. You will pass by one of the most emblematic places of the city such as Tabakalera or the North Station. It is a walk of only 2 km that will not leave you indifferent.
