El ambiente del hotel resulta acogedor a pesar de ser grande. No poder hacer uso de la sauna sin pagar . Creo que en un hotel de cinco estrellas este tipo de servicios deberían estar incluidos.

Me ha gustado la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal. Además el htoel es muy confortable y está ubicado de forma inmejorable al lado de la telecabina La habitación me ha parecido un poco pequeña para un hotel del 5 estrellas y no me ha gustado tener que pagar para acudir al spa

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour : accueil parfait, chambre très confortable, magnifique salon avec cheminée gigantesque; de plus hotel très proche du télécabine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Seule déception, c'est la nourriture. La charcuterie du petit déjeuner est très moyenne et la raclette du restaurant la fondue, quand meme médiocre. C'est vraiment dommage, donc il faut faire un effort sur les achats de matière première surtout sur des produits tels que jambon, fromages et charcuterie qui sont des produits de montagne !!!!
